This was a fantastic place! The food was great. The service was excellent. The decor was so cool! One of my buddies tried the crab leg plate. He said it was excellent and he would know. It’s his favorite thing to eat!! But it had better be good for $144!!!!!! Nuts. My other buddy enjoyed his Salty’s Shrimp Boil meal. And I tried the grilled salmon. It was also good. We all would go there again if we were in town. Great place to dine and the vibe is excellent!!

We went here today 12/27/2025, because Brazilian Steakhouse SAID it had parking but it didn’t BUT Crabtown did and the parking was free, as well as, right by the front door, that was important to us being in busy downtown at nighttime and we specifically called the steakhouse to confirm they had free parking. However it was $10 to park right next to it in a parking lot, if you couldn’t find free parking in the street for Brazilian Steakhouse… which, parking in the street was all taken up when we went being a busy Saturday night. We are SO GLAD THAT HAPPENED! Everything we ate here was so good! We came for our anniversary dinner. We had steak, crab legs, shrimp, sweet potato fries, side salads and clam chowder, NONE OF THE FOOD WAS DISAPPOINTING! They accidently brought us mashed potatoes rather than the sweet potato fries but they quickly brought us the sweet potato fries when we let them know as they were giving us our plates. So theoretically we were able to try the mashed potatoes and they were also VERY good. They also under cooked my steak but quickly took it back and cooked it a little longer and it came back prefect, I wanted it medium- well and they did not over cook it just because they took it back, it was prefect when it came back, so juicy and well seasoned. Definitely recommend this place, also, the waitress was very nice did not get update at all when we informed her of the fries and steak, very professional and attentive! Thanks for a great experience for our 20th anniversary!

Great service here. We had six of us. Three of us got the crab boil, 2 got poboys, and one got a shrimp/pasta dish.
The crab boil was excellent. It was every bit worth the price as long as you dont mind the work getting to the crab meat. There was a LOT of crab.
Our waitress was on top of it, too. Drinks were kept full constantly and we never wanted for anything.
Would recommend.

I thought I had order Pearls because that is the only place I go. I even went there to pick up my food because that’s what I order but turns out, I had ordered from Crab town. I didn’t realize they shared a web page. I had placed an online order for the blackened chicken pasta. I wasn’t good at all. The chicken was tough like it was old and had been microwaved. It didn’t have any flavor. It didn’t even have a tasteful aroma. Very disappointed. I will be more vigilant when placing my next order.

My granddaughter and I had the crab dinner and was great, and the best rice and beans I believe I’ve ever had at a restaurant. My wife had the chicken fried steak and it was handmade and delicious! The wait staff was on the ball too and made it a great dining experience worth every penny…

My husband and I are here visiting and decided on this restaurant to celebrate my birthday. The atmosphere was pleasant, the restaurant was clean, and our server Alexis was great! She had a very pleasant attitude and we appreciated her attentiveness and patience. However, the manager Laura, should work on her customer service/management skills…my husband expressed that he wasn’t pleased with his appetizer (fried alligator). He’s used to a different texture of batter that is used at another restaurant and He assumed it would be prepared the same (Pearls crabshack uses cornmeal for their batter). Laura approached the table with defensive body language.
We explained the situation to Laura and her response was..”We can prepare it another way but you will have to pay for it!” My husband expressed to her that paying for it wouldn’t be a problem. I asked Laura to just remove the appetizer and not to worry about preparing another order.
She rudely cleared the appetizer from our table and walked away…
Laura should know that great hospitality and a welcoming attitude is crucial attributes one should have when working with the public and the restaurant industry.

drinks. When our drinks arrived we never saw our server, Mike again. The only good thing I can say about our evening was that the oysters were fresh and fabulous!!! Slowly all the other tables finished up, paid and left. (Mike was NOT their server.) We were the only table left and I had to flag someone down for our ticket. The waitress apologized and said she was asked to take over our table because Mike had to go outside to meet his wife real quick. We told her we would have ordered more drinks and oysters if we wouldn’t have been forgotten. We paid digitally and my receipt was emailed to me. On our way home, I thought our ticket seemed high so I pulled up the receipt. We were charged for two additional items. There was a $14 salad added to our ticket along with a soft drink for $4. We only ordered cocktails! I immediately called and talked to a manager. I told him about our horrible service and about the additional charges. He promptly apologized and got my credit card info to reimburse me the $18. This bad experience isn’t going to keep me from giving them a second chance because those oysters were that good!!!

I left 90% of my meal. It was so overcooked you couldnt get any of the meat out and taste like it was boiled in plain water. The corn and sausage were old.The portion size was so small even if i did finish it id still be hungry. The staff was nice but the system was down so i had to cashapp the manager. Its in a good location so you are able to walk to get food somewhere else.

It’s alright but no need to go back. If you’re local find something better. We ordered oysters (meh), soup (meh), Tabasco Cesar (meh), for starters. My wife had the spicy threat (a little too heavy on the gin), and a thunderita (kool aide and tequila). We ordered the king crab boil which on the day was $143. Price wasn’t unreasonable and portions were the best part of the experience. Seasoning was bland, good thing the had extra at the table to season it ourselves. Butters seemed to be just butter, really lacking Cajun flavor. The service was basic. Idk if the montra is to turn and burn tables but once we got our food we were basically forgotten. Our server was very attentive to all of her Newley say tables but I wasn’t interested in the cheapest options on the menu. This was a valentines date and I probably would’ve ordered dessert or more drinks if the offer had come up sooner….. good walking distance to dance clubs so it’s not your worst option if you’re visiting okc. It’s just not a place you’d return to. Total before tip $243
