I feel like it was better than a 3 so I am giving it a fast food 4. I might have been more strict if I had paid full price though. I had a coupon for a free click sandwich. Which was better than I thought it would be. The value fries are tiny, but I didn’t expect anything else these days.

Came for the loaded tiny tacos. They are good for a light supper or snack. I bring my own chop sticks to make it easier to eat them out of the container. If you let them sit too long they will get a little soggy, but that doesn’t bother me. The music in the dining room could use an upgrade. Other than that, it’s a fun break!

I’ve never had cold food at a jack in a box before. Management was taking a break and the servers were super slow. For some reason, they seemed like they were on something. By the time we got our food, one of us had had the wrong order, and our food was ice cold. I usually love jack-in-a-box ♀️

Waited at the window for about 20 minutes with no one in line mind you just to get this. Terrible and no excuses to hand this to someone. Half the food is not even on it!? have the decency to tell you don’t have the supplies rather than scamming me and leaving me this half assed sandwich.

I went through the drive thru after placing an online order. While the person in front of us was placing her order we could hear the employee talking through the speaker and she was very disrespectful and sounded very agitated. After we told the employee we placed an online order she told us to go to the window and it took them 20 minutes to get the people in front of us their food, and the bag they got was pretty small. When we got to the window the employee was just on their phone and didn’t look at or talk to us for a couple minutes. When she realized we were the online order she handed us our food, but while handing us our drinks she told me to hold the bottom, which I did, then she kept saying it like I wasn’t already doing it, and when I got the drinks in my car she said under her breath, “or don’t, just drop them, I don’t care” with a gross attitude. Food was close to room temp once we got home (less than 5 minute drive). Drinks also had a weird taste to them sort of like they need to clean their dispensers.

Service was trash. 22 people waiting inside without food. No urgency whatsoever. Fries were cold. Burger was fine. But at least most of the tables inside were clean.

Worst terrible service and the worst jack in the box I have been in. I told them I don’t drink coffee and they said that fine we will upsell you to a drink where all other restaurants will change it happily. All they want to do is nickel and dine you. Stay away from this store and your in Utah not evreyone drinks tea and coffee. Kind of walked out super frustrated
