I consider this the best Mr. Hero around Stow-Munroe Falls area. Staff are friendly and hardworking. The food is obviously the same as every Mr. Hero joint but the staff absolutely make this place the most memorable. Definitely recommend for commuters at Kent State.

The loaded wafers had barely any cheese and were drenched in ranch. Also ordered a large side of cheese which I never received. Putting extra cheese and waffle frys on the romanburger is what makes the order, but I couldn’t as I had no cheese, that I paid for, and the loaded fry had far to much ranch. The roman burger also had little lettuce, and no tomatoes. I was disappointed with my $38 to go order.

Yes, the prices are high. Not that I didn’t expect that being that Mr. Hero has always been a little more expensive than other “fast food” restaurants. This store has been in this location as long as I can remember. There is no public restroom and there is very limited dining in space. The food was fresh and flavorful. I ordered online for pick-up and it was ready on time. I don’t order from here often and was pleased with the service and product that I received.
