Sandy & Johann, thank you for making my last meal in Nola extra special. The food was exquisite, i’m glad I tried the real staples aside from Popeye’s lol! My taste buds will surely miss the taste of your Jambalaya and Crawfish Etouffee. I’m glad I stumbled upon your place, what a treat ☻ Oh and the Pecan pie (ala mode) was to live for ♡︎

This was our first stop in NOLA and it did not disappoint.
Food 5/5
Atmosphere 5/5
Service 4/5
The red beans and rice with andouille sausage was delicious. Their sausage was a bit spicier than others but very tasty. The gumbo was so/so.
I loved the taxidermied alligator on the roof of the inside porch, very cool.
Service for us was pretty good but I did see another group that got missed and ended up leaving before they were served. This was likely due to the timing and fact that there were so few servers available. We saw a few more come in to work as we ate our meal.

Food was great! Atmosphere was fun. Great spot on Bourbon St. to enjoy the people watching.
Our waitress, Jasmine was superb. So very nice.
As tourists not from the area, she showed us how to actually eat the food! We felt so welcome. Such an enjoyable experience. Jasmine was amazing.
The food was absolutely delicious. I would go back!

We were looking for something that had an authentic New Orleans vibe. The location was great, right on Bourbon Street and we chose patio seating so we could watch and listen to the night life. Thats about where the charm stopped. They had virtually no customers yet I’m pretty sure they forgot we were up there. My husband had to go back downstairs and find a server after we sat for a good 10-15 min without even being offered drinks. It took much longer than it should have to get just a soda. Then we ordered a dozen raw oysters….we were brought a platter with only 11 . My husband ordered a seafood platter and I got the taste of New Orleans sampler. Both of those were delicious. The jambalaya and ettoufee were amazing. Our server only checked on us like one more time. And after eating and waiting a significant amount of time, we decided to walk downstairs and ask to pay our bill. If they had been super busy I could have let the poor service slide, but it was a Sunday night and they only had customers at like 2 or 3 tables in the entire place. The food was great but the service definitely left something to be desired.

Fiancée and I ate there on a Sunday afternoon. I had the stuffed shrimp, which were very good. The charbroiled clams were outstanding. Fiancée had the crab legs and she claims they were the best she’s had in her life (though the quality adult beverages may have played a role in that review!). Overall a very good place to eat with an excellent view right on downtown bourbon street festivities.

Our group of 7 had great meal here. The grilled oysters were amazing! We ate here twice while we were in town the week before Mardi Gras.

My wife and I were on New Orleans for New Years Eve and New Year’s Day as we traveled to watch the Sugar Bowl. On GameDay we went to Bourbon and found this place to eat before the game. Food was delicious as I got the alligator poyboy and she got the crab claws that was in some type of seafood soup and it was . It did a take a little while to get our food but it was definitely worth the wait. Waitress was respectful and passionate about her job. Thank you for the delicious food and thank you for the vibe for our trip!!

Pier 424 is an absolute must-visit if you’re in New Orleans! From start to finish, everything about my experience was spot-on. The service was excellent — quick, friendly, and super attentive without being overbearing.
The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of all the French Quarter energy yet still relaxing enough to enjoy your meal. The seafood was incredibly fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented.
Whether you’re just stopping in for lunch or looking for a lively dinner spot, Pier 424 delivers the perfect mix of great food, great vibes, and that signature New Orleans charm.
A full 10 out of 10 on the Osiris Hotness Scale — perfection on the plate!

I would not come back here. I would not recommend this place to anyone. We had more than an hour planned for dinner, thinking we would be ok for time. We were seated almost immediately, but then waited 17 min to be greeted by our waitress. We gave our orders for both food & drink since we’d had plenty of time to peruse the menu. Although the drinks came fairly quickly, our food did NOT. 30 min after taking our order we still hadn’t received our food. We flagged the waitress and asked for the bill so we could settle so when we did finally get our order we could eat and dash. It took another almost 15 minutes for our food to arrive. It was not worth the wait.

The crawfish étouffée and baked oysters were wonderful, as was the window seat. I do like how they have a bouncer of sorts at the front of the restaurant so you don’t have people crashing in.
