Yummers. Hefty nachos portion. Good cheesecake. Good ribs. Nice lemonade. Make SURE you reserve a table through yelp in advance before coming. Otherwise, an hour wait lolll. Yelp reserve waitlist is available through the google maps app sooo do that.

First time in Miami I found this place. I didn’t want to dive right into Cuban cuisine my first night here so I searched google and found Flanigan’s. They serve American style steaks,burgers and seafood. We sat at the bar to have a drink and get some food. I ordered a steak and potato and it was delicious. Perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful. The service was great and atmosphere was fun. We liked so much we returned the next night and had a huge, fabulous burger. If you’re in Miami and want some great food check them out.

This visit left me feeling embarrassed, unwelcome, and honestly hurt. When I walked in, two young hostesses were arguing loudly while the manager stood there doing nothing. They were so busy with their own drama — not with the restaurant or the customers. One of the girls even told me it “wasn’t a good idea to sit at the booths,” even though I never asked. It was rude and made me feel out of place right away.
At the bar, things got even worse. I had ordered online but decided to eat inside, and the bartender, Daniela, looked annoyed the moment I sat down. She ignored me completely, helped someone who arrived after me, and gave me a look that made me feel like I didn’t belong — in my opinion, it felt racist, and that really hurt.
Nobody checked on me. Not even the manager, who I later saw chatting and laughing with the bartender instead of paying attention to customers. When my food was ready, Daniela didn’t bring it to me — she just told me to pick it up myself and didn’t even offer a napkin. I felt invisible.
I walked out feeling disrespected and disappointed. No customer should ever feel this way. I won’t be coming back, and I truly hope the restaurant takes this seriously.

Loved the atmosphere and service, placed was packed but we got a table outside… my chicken was delicious, the burger was cooked great with a charcoal taste, the server was busy but he was good with his duties

The food is always perfection! Today I ordered to go as usual and Litsy at the pickup counter was amazing. She checked my order and made sure I had all my sauces too. She is super sweet and a refreshing face to see and be greeted by when you walk through the door. She’s so friendly and very good at her job. She made pickup go very smoothly and I have no complaints. Dinner was delicious!

I have visited and enjoyed their service for over a decade, considering it an excellent option for sharing and enjoying a pleasant atmosphere, with good food options and friendly service. On my last visit, I was astonished at how much it has changed. For the first time, the beer was flat, and the service was very slow despite not being as busy as usual. The manager promptly addressed our complaint about the beer, but then the ribs (a signature dish of the place) arrived burnt after a long wait. Several classic dishes, such as grilled tuna, were unavailable. The server couldn’t even bring a damp napkin to the table. They didn’t bring cutlery before bringing the food. The service was disappointing. I am writing this in the hope that the extraordinary service I know doesn’t disappear. The manager was very attentive.

I had the most amazing time. I came in and there were a few empty seats at the bar. Doris called over to us and invited us to sit down. We grabbed a couple of seats and listened to Doris explain the menu. We felt like family while we hung at the bar. Everyone was friendly and the service was fast. The food was amazing.
