Second review for same place, expecting to see some improvement. Sometimes apologies are not enough when your employees are not well trained but, first management should be trained on how the process work to better serve the customer. I love KFC, order 3 chicken breast original recipe, i mentioned twice about the 4 chicken breast while taking the order on the drive through, also at the window I told the person to make sure they were 4breast, I don’t mind to pay extra. This is what i got when I got home. 1 breast and 3 tights. Really! Not only that but they were cold, not fresh, they were kind of raw. You be the judge, see pics

First of all the place was dirty. I placed an order for 730 pickup and had to wait an extra 15 min for my food. When I got home, I was missing half the order and had to go back and only to wait 20 min for the items that were missing. It’s about proper management. That experience tells me that this kfc location is under poor management. This is the main reason so many people are against raising the minimum wage for fast food workers. There’s no attention to detail. This kfc can learn a lot from Chick-fil-A. They are organized and always have plenty of staff present.

I must say everytime I come in this store. Im never greeted, im literally just standing around waiting for my order(mobile) I hear more about what is happening behind the counter with Amy than anything. The store is always dirty you have 10 people behind the counter but not one person cleaning the store. I can see if u get hot food but it is always room temperature so its not like the wait is for the food but the lack of attention to the customer, It as if their doing you a favor by handling the food you paid for. It doesn’t cost to have good customer service. The last time I said I wouldn’t order from here again. But against my better judgment I gave the place a second chance. 2 times is the charm for me. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all.

I always thought this was the better of all the KFC’S in Saint Cloud Florida, I was proven wrong. Ordered a 8 pc. dinner and when I got home, there was only 6pcs of chicken. When you pay $29.59 plus tax you should get what you pay for. I give up!

Lastenia M. was the person taking my order. at first she answered the intercom rude. then at the window, she decided to pay me no mind, careless with my order. rubbing her straw all over her face as im watching her. like are you serious? the manager came to the window as they forgot my sauce, and I told her about her, did absolutely nothing. bunch of unhappy women. if you dont Luke your job there , go find something else cause customer service is not for you.

Sat in the lobby for over 6 mins waiting on a door dash order. Not once was I greeted or told there would be a wait for the order. While waiting I took a look around the place….super super super dirty. Trash evwrywhere, tables dirty, soda machine area nasty and sticky…just gross. Watched a cook touch the trash can and then use the same gloves she had on to touch someones food. Health inspector should really come check this place out. Just gross!!!!

We came with our family today and is horrible the waiting time on top of that just young people not doing their job doing nothing, they need supervision to be in control for better service. They need more adults here, it’s like a kindergarten.
