I accidentally placed my order at a different Hungry Howie’s location, and the manager, Ray, was incredibly kind and helpful. He immediately contacted the other store, made sure I was reimbursed, and then prepared my pizza fresh and quickly. His customer service was outstanding, and he truly went out of his way to help me. The pizza tasted great, and the entire experience turned what could’ve been frustrating into a really positive one. Huge thanks to Ray for the excellent service!

When I ordered a steak and Cheese sub I did not know it was not the traditional sub! But it was a great mistake! THIS THING TASTE AMAZING and the workers in there are very respectful with good customer service. Hard to believe this was created by a chain with this much flavor in here and cooked to perfection

This location has always been great. I usually order lunch from here during the work week. The preparation is always timely which is nice due to only having a 30 minutes lunch. The food is always hot and fresh and tastes amazing! Highly recommend to anyone in the area.

I’ve ordered from this location many times, and every visit has been fantastic! The staff (especially the owner) are always so friendly, greet you by name, and have your order ready right on time. The pizza is always hot, fresh, and made exactly the way you want it. The restaurant is always spotless too, and you can really tell they take pride in creating a great experience. Highly recommend!

First of all..a wonderful pizza with a tasty crust. But even more..a level of customer service I have not seen in a long time. I walked in and eyeballed the menu. When the manager, who was running the register at the time, asked what I would like..I simply asked him what his suggestions were since I had never had Howie’s before. I went with his suggestions and they were wonderful. But, also, he added a sub to my meal on his own, just because he wanted me to be able to experience something else that he thought I would like. The food was great. The level of customer service to not only provide prompt good quality food, but also to strive to earn a “convert” … That was exceptional. When I am in Tampa… This is where I will go for pizza. Thank you

Took longer than the stated amount to deliver. Outreached twice to see what was going on and all they could say is they were on the way and the second time I called they statws if it was cold they’d refund. When delivery guy arrived the box wasn’t even hot. Pizza was cold had to put it in microwave. When I called back for my refund they stated I needed to provide the Pizza in order to get a refund. The audacity. Knowin they were at fault. So, disappointed and will never be ordering from this location ever again.

We stopped in for their subs, which was their pizza crust folded over and what you ordered inside. The crust was so good. There are only 2 tables in the restaurant, so you may have to take it to go. We ate there and it was quick and delicious.

I have never been treated so poorly nor would I ever treat someone the way Manager Parker did on last night over a 35 cent packet of sub sauce I placed the order online through the app. I requested three additional sub sauces and also an additional sub sauce set. I received my order in a timely manner, which I never have issues at this location. Once I arrived home I noticed I didn’t have my extra sub set or my extra sauce. it’s my preference to have extra sub sauce while eating my sandwich. I return back to the store about 15 minutes away and was told that based on my receipt I could only get two sub sauces even though it stated three sub sauces, but only charge $.70. I asked as a courtesy if I could receive the additional sub sauce being that I had to return, I was told that he can’t give away free things. What an inconvenience. and I can’t believe how inconsiderate he was being. I’m very disappointed. I have always eaten from you guys, but I’m really doubting if I’ll ever return to this location I have receipts and I am also a app user that shows the amount of money that I spend with you guys and to cause such a fuss over a $.35 packet of sub sauce is unacceptable I would also like to add that when I went back through my online app orders, they’ve always charge me for one less sub sauce than I ordered. That is not an error on my end but a system error and I feel as the manager Parker should have been willing to do what was right for a repeat consistent customer Thanks for your time.
