First time out in Arizona… so we had to check it out..unfortunately we were very disappointed! Place is overrated and overhyped for sure!! Soon as you walk through the doors Basically think McDonald’s only you can’t decide which is worse. Got our fries lukewarm not made to order, our burgers were burnt around the edges and I asked for a cheeseburger, not a hamburger that’s why it’s called a ‘cheeseburger’ but I could see how someone could mistake a hamburger with one for cheese I took one bite and threw my whole tray out! It was very loud inside and almost all of the tables were filled inside and out and the few that were empty were dirty and hadn’t been wiped off at all. Usually if employees have time to lean they have time to clean or I guess that’s not so common to people now. They had at least 11 employees just behind the counter from people working fryers to drive thru to the dress station where they essemble the burgers. Some were just standing there talking when one of them could’ve at least wiped down a table or two. It was craziness and mayhem not a manager in site overseeing how the employees were running the shift. Place was absolute chaos My father wanted a strawberry shake with his order but sadly they hit us with the classic McDonald employee answer we hear back home ‘I’m sorry we don’t have shake mix’ or ‘machine is down’ yeah okay bubkiss. (I’ve been an employee at a McDonald’s before and I can tell you they say that when they don’t feel like making you one, we would always have shake mix stocked) Would’ve gotten fresh fries from my McDonald’s back home plus my dads shake. What looked like a teenager employee walked up to my dad and asked him if he wanted a refund or a fountain drink. Hun, he wanted a shake, therefore if ‘you don’t have shake mix’ or ‘the machine is down’ he’d like a refund not settle for a soda pop thank you. If we ever find ourselves back out that way we’ll make sure to steer clear. Line for this place was also wrapped around through the lot, pipe down twas a bummer!

Well run operation. Was not a big fan of the fries. Its nice that they are fresh cut but the flavor and texture was weak. Kind of hollow inside. However the burger was amazing. Very clean and fast service. Also got animal style on one burger and one fries. Was good.

What stood out most to us was how they handled our son’s celiac. They were very attentive, made sure the receipt clearly stated “gluten allergy,” and even called it back to the team to ensure everyone was aware. They wrapped his burger in lettuce instead of a bun, and he said it was the best burger he’s had since being diagnosed.

I’ve been coming here for 10+ years, the staff is incredibly loyal to their craft, some people have worked here for a very long time as well gaining high reputation, their staff members are VERY charismatic. I’ve seen them engage with other customers as well and wow I’m very impressed. It’s always a very interesting note to make about the quality of the restaurant by how they interact with their customers I value it highly. Thank you for the continuous hard working fast phased service. Scottsdale is proud to have you in such a beautiful part of town. Fantastic burgers, fries and shakes, can’t find better!

Was here on 1/28 around noon-time. I walked in and the young lady on register in the right-most, against the wall was not the warmest but also, got noticeably impatient with me about what I was asking to have on my grilled cheese sandwiches and I said “no tomatoes” twice to her. I got the sandwiches and left— there were tomatoes on them. I had no time to return to tell them. Not the most pleasant worker there. She is young with distinct hazel, light brown eyes that are noticeable and darkish hair (I don’t know her name). Please be nicer to customers and please be more patient and don’t disrespect people’s orders because you are unhappy.

Tasty as usual, but also as busy as it gets! Like any other In-n-Out, I would think this place stays this busy throughout the day! I was fortunate enough to have found a table for dine-in. An employee picked up my trash for me which was great. Bathrooms are small but were clean.
