The store was clean and the food was hot and fresh. The employee working the counter on 2/7/26 around 2:30pm was so friendly and welcoming. He took the time to ask us how our day was going and made sure our bowls were just how we like them.

The employees were sooo rude and disrespectful my portion was so small I asked for half chicken half steak they said they can’t do that so I asked to add a little bit more chicken and one of the guy employee rudely add nothing maybe like 2 little pieces of chicken to my bowl with his “DIRTY GLOVES” I was so disgusted I paid for it but I couldn’t even bring myself to eat the food, I took 1 bite and I throw it away!!! Terrible service! Terrible customer service! Just rude and unprofessional please get your employees together, just so sad waste my money on food I couldn’t even eat I’m so pissed !

I’m leaving this review on hopes the owner will see it and initiate positive changes. I like Qdoba and appreciate having one downtown. The meal I had today was definitely not up to Qdoba standards. The restaurant was out of veggies and guacamole. There were no other customers in the store. However we did see one enter and then depart after learning no veggies or impossible meat options were avail. Appeared to be 4 employees who we observed just standing around as we ate. The internal tables that didn’t have the chairs stacked were all dirty. The entire outside area was dirty & trash overflowing. The doors were covered with dirty handprints. If you’ve got time to lean, you’ve got time to clean. Local groceries carry plenty of bell peppers, onions & avacado in the summer. I am hopeful improvements can be made so the place doesn’t close down.

beautiful new store and wonderful staff! nothing but great food and service every time! vegetarian options are limited but a veggie bowl with extra beans is always enough for me! this location isn’t currently open for breakfast.
