I have ordered from this location for years. As a matter of fact, I’ve stopped ordering from any other pizza joint. However, my last 3-4 orders have been touch and go. Today, I go in for a second slice that I ordered last night. I find a straight brown hair stuck between my slices. Wow! I’m totally done now. My absolute last order from this location and maybe all Marco’s locations for that matter. Do better! Take more pride in food hygiene and cleanliness. Wear hairnets, wash your hands, change gloves, and stop putting sauces in with the food, unless they are wrapped.

Our family has ordered from this location for years and the pizza is excellent. They offer one of the better tasting and affordable gluten free crusts. I rate them as only three stars because we’ve had so many poor service encounters here, we usually order from competitors just to avoid bad service experiences which are commonplace at this location. For instance, last night we ordered a pizza and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I went to pick it up after 25 and they hadn’t even begun to make it. They said they’d put it in right away and it would be ready in 8 minutes. I came back 15 minutes later and they still had not even put our pizza in the oven. Long story short, it took me an hour and a half to pick up a pizza. Unfortunately this type of experience is common here and we only order when we are desperate to switch up from other pizza places. In the end, the pizza is excellent and that can’t be disputed.

Tried this little pizza joint because we were on this side of town. Got their white cheesy , DELICIOUS!! Boyfriend said his pizza was average. GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS! Fast, friendly service. Free parking and wheel chair accessible parking as well as their uni sex bathroom.

Nate, the manager runs a “tight ship”. His employee’s were consciencious enough to follow protocol and put my misplaced debit card in the safe while Nate was on vacation. Nate called once he was made aware of the issue. Here the thing. We had no idea we had lost the card. Thank you. By the way, Marco’s has the best pizza anywhere.

Mario took my order he was very knowledgeable I asked how much was extra toppings on the special 2 toppings for $8.99. ordering was very easy & he even knew about crust toppings I asked him to make it srumdumdidalyumcious! Please believe Mario did just that! He also made my order with perfection my mom loved it & it was my uncle’s first time & he is switching from Papa John’s nastiness!

Pizza (for-one) was prepared while I waited. It was well worth the wait for it was delicious. Ordered the lunch special which was a small, one-topping pizza with a 16-oz drink (Pepsi beverages) – grilled chicken with old world pepperoni and jalapeños (extra for additional toppings). The pizza was fresh, didn’t need anything else (Parmesan, crushed peppers, etc.). It was awesome!!! I will visit Marcos Pizza again in the near future.
