Very disappointed. Used to get wonderful food and customer service. Have bought food twice recently: general tso tofu and veggie lo mein once, was hugely disappointed with the uncooked noodles, lack of sauces, and poor texture of the tofu (photos speak for themselves). Thought we’d given them another try with just miso soup, discovered that there’s zero tofu in it and basically just water. Called to discuss our disappointment; the manager did not apologize, said they stopped putting tofu in the miso soup (who does that, literally what is the point then), said he was going to go speak to someone (probably the chef), we were put on hold and he never came back on the line.
Safe to say we will not be going back.

I thought I give this place a try, since there was a good deal on doordash. I was disappointed because there were a hair in my Lomein Noodles on both. The food looked presentable but this just made me disgusted, just couldnt bare the eat the rest and others made me not want to taste it.
That one hairstrand in the food made me think hairnets/gloves were most likley not used.
The restaurant was not busy because no one was eating inside, most customers were takeout/doordash pickup.
I would not return to this place ever again after what I discovered. This was a huge downfall, and it should be important to cover everything as a restaurant owner who is making and preparing food so no one should come across these disgusted things.
Be careful, hopefully one doesnt find anything in their food.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t given any chopsticks, fork, or spoon to eat my food with (even though I had specifically asked for them, in the notes section – as pictured.)
Additionally, the drink that I ordered was missing as well. The food arrived in a stapled bag, so I know it wasn’t the Uber driver’s fault, and that China Brothers had just forgotten it. Fortunately, Uber refunded me for the drink.
I don’t think I’m gonna be ordering delivery from this location again, but food is good for pick up ! Just a little disappointed.

I was craving Chinese food and wanted to try a different spot than my normal. Made a good choice I was really hungry and wanted to taste test a lot lol I ordered via Uber eats which was delivered within in the timeframe suggested. The delivery person was efficient with picking up and delivering my order. I got sesame chicken with chicken fried rice, boneless spare ribs with pork fried rice, wings and fries. Side of egg rolls and wonton soup. Everything was good no complaints at all. It was good overall.

China Brothers used to be good. The girls who takes orders is rude cannot get your order right. Our last order was short 1 dinner and the food was not the same.. The prices are ridiculous now and have asked them several times to update their menu prices. Will be looking for a new place to eat.

The service is ridiculous and they’re so slow! I’ve called twice to speak to a manager to ask for the status of my order and no one seems to know the status. Absolute horrible service! I had four, FOUR Door Dasher wait for my order! Never ordering from this place ever again! I suggest you don’t either!

I ordered my food online and went to pick it up 30 minutes later, but it still wasn’t ready. I had to wait another 20 minutes for my order. I don’t understand the benefit of ordering online if the food isn’t prepared on time. This is the second time this has happened. Very disappointing.
