Well, I love to start with positive. This location was convenient to the interstate. And my food was served quickly and my fries were definitely fresh and hot.
But, “Can I take your order?” at the speaker box missed any hope of polite service. Granted, it wasn’t rude, but no greeting? Two junior whoppers, no tomato and medium fries. I was confirmed my order. I don’t hate tomatoes, but I’m certain the “no tomato” button was easy to locate. And yes, I repeated it twice.
I got to the drive thru window. Again, no greeting. Just my total. A purely unprofessional transaction. Two minutes later, my food was finally ready and delivered by a very polite man. Promote him. He knows how to talk with people. Why is it restaurants hire people with no communication skills?
I do have to mention that the drive thru window was filthy. Covered in hand prints and looked like something from The Walking Dead.
Mind you, beside the tomato on my burgers, the quality of the food was good. I would stop at this location again. I just think some customer service skills are needed in addition to a good cleaning.

Baby, when I tell you this is the best fast food restaurant bathroom I’ve EVER been in, please don’t think I’m exaggerating! Prestine. It smelled like my aunts bathroom who cleans her bathroom with a toothbrush. Perfection. Five stars for that alone and the service top notch. The staff was so nice to us we smiled the entire time we were ordering etc. oh yeah, they also have food there.

Just want to say to the staff and management what an amazing Burger King you have. @Tammi thank you for greeting us when we approached and acknowledge us. As she was very busy but made sure we knew she seen us. Our order was fast hot and delicious. We our on a trip home from Florida after attending my wife’s brothers funeral. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Thank you. Now if you want to see my review for McDonald’s across the street . Please check it also. Once again Thank you Tammi Management you have a great employee. I watched as we ate and she was so nice to everyone.

We went through the drive through and the women who took our order and served us was very kind, had a great smile, pleasant and hospitable. I wish there was more people like her working in restaurants/fast food. Food was hot and fresh.

Absolutely atrocious. Do not go here. Staff was rude. Locked the door while me and my small kids were inside and wouldn’t let my husband in. When I asked what she was doing she said we needed to go through the drive thru. So unprofessional and rude. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

I have to say that the Burger King in richburg has definitely made some improvements. Their drive-thru seems to run a whole lot smoother and their burgers seem fresher and put together meticulously. Even the way they wrap the burgers now is very neat and tidy. I’ve been ordering through the app and just go through the drive-thru to pick up. I definitely had to recently try the new How to train Your dragon meal because anything with a little fiery kick is a win-win for me. It was all delicious! I’m glad this Burger King finally stepped it up a bit They must have gotten a better manager than they have previously had. Being a Walmart plus member I can take advantage of my free Whopper every month or 25% off of each visit. So look into that perk!!

Worst Burger King ever I am in the parking lot waiting on my order and it’s taking forever looking through the drive-thru window everyone is on their cell phones not taking care of customers even the manager FaceTiming someone and I am sitting there waiting on my damn food. Get rid of that staff and hire new ones

Came here at 10:20 AM for breakfast, they told us they were no longer serving breakfast, but the menu wouldn’t change until 10:30. Yeah, BECAUSE YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO SERVE BREAKFAST UNTIL 10:30. When we said never mind, we didn’t want lunch, she got an attitude.
Don’t say you serve breakfast until 10:30 if you don’t serve breakfast fast until 10:30. Change it to 10:20, or whatever.
