Celebrating 18 months of marriage ❤️
We wanted to check out this bakery, and from the moment we saw the name, it hit home, we love Guanajuato. What started as a simple stop turned into such a beautiful moment. There were no tables, but while chatting with the owner, she kindly offered to set one up just so we could enjoy our meal… and our love.
We tried the breakfast torta, tacos, cafe de olla and let me tell you the green salsa was . We also took some pastries home… so delicious and made with so much heart.
Small moments, kind people, amazing food. We will absolutely be back. Wishing this place so much success and tons of business, go check them out!
Pequeños detalles, gran corazón y comida hecha con amor. Les deseamos mucho éxito y abundancia.

What a spot, I originally came in for a concha and some coffee to get my day started but then I saw they have una Torta de Chilaquiles (Guajolota) had to get it. To make things even better their coffee is cafe de olla, my favorite and so difficult to find. Great service delicious food definitely coming back.

Están riquísimos los tacos y las salsas. Las tortillas hechas a mano. Tacos served on home made tortillas that taste like Abuelita made them. Salsas are on point and delicious! Glad we got some authentic Mexican tacos. Can’t wait to go back for more!

So delicious! I’ve been searching for super fresh pan dulce for awhile and this spot is it. My kids love conchas and we like getting pan de muerto in the fall. But lots of places have really dry bread. Not here!
My 4yo ate the top half of his concha so I took a piece of the plain bread and it was so good I finished the rest of the naked concha. This is a drive for us but we’ll be back!

Love this place! The sweet bread is always fresh and super tasty. Their breakfast tacos are hands down the best in Round Rock — those homemade tortillas make all the difference. The owner and staff are always so friendly, too. Definitely one of my favorite spots!

The tamales are really good a little spicy if you don’t eat much chili. Good price. The cinnamon rolls are really good and big. The champurrado is good to. Champurrado = hot chocolate thick atole.

The pastries are fantastic but the service is even better!!! I used to drive to S.ATX to get my favorites, but then I found this local gem! I called 3 other local RR Mexican bakeries looking for a particular treat, but the customer service & care was not found in any call. However the young lady who answered the phone here went & clarified things with others to make sure they had what I was looking for. The little bit of time taken made a big impression. Then when I went & tried the pastries they were as wonderful as I hoped!!!! The flaky layers, the fact that everything is not OVERLY sweet, the snap, crunch, crumble & flake are all there! I cannot express my love for this little shop enough! Can’t wait to try the breakfast tacos as well.

Home made corn tortillas for their breakfast tacos and the good creamy green sauce. The Mexican sweet bread hits the spot. Highly suggest this place for your breakfast fix.

I never really liked Mexican pastries until we found this place. Everything I’d tried before was either over-spiced or super dry, but this bakery completely changed my mind!
The conchas here are pillowy soft with the perfectly balanced flavor and a melt-in-your-mouth cookie top. But the real star are the marranitos (cute pig-shaped gingerbread). They’re chewy and soft, with a beautiful blend of warm spices. Then, this amazing toasty molasses flavor comes almost out of no where and left me speechless! I HAD to pair it with a strong coffee—even though it was well past noon—and let me tell you…when I took that bite with my coffee…my soul left my body and went to heaven for a moment . I don’t lie when I say I couldn’t utter a word for 10 minutes straight because this cookie left me THAT impressed.
We’ve become regulars now and love that there’s always something new to try. Every time we bring these pastries for friends or family, they immediately ask where they’re from. Everything we’ve had has been fresh, soft, and absolutely worth the trip. If you’re reading this, you have no choice. You’re already required to go here now lol

Wasn’t a fan of the bread at this bakery. Limited selection but the staples are there, just for a Saturday morning expected nice soft bread but it was already hard. The breakfast tacos are good a solid 8/10. My suggestions you only need to fill your salsa cups half way. And get some exterior signage, with the dark windows and no signs I almost gave up
