Ordered burgers and a salad in the drive thru. Got home and found mold all over the fruit in my salad. Called to get a refund and they said I would have to drive all the way back there to get a refund because my card needs to be present.. it’s a 20 minute drive. I asked the manager if I could just get store credit or something and they said they can’t issue anything that isn’t in person. I asked if they could refund my whole order or at least half if I drive all the way back and they told me I would have to bring all the items back. I don’t know if they didn’t believe me or what, but there was no effort to fix the situation. I even offered to send them a picture of the salad. All I wanted was for them to make this right and there was no option that didn’t cost me more money.

Tried to order a bag of burgers deluxe, with no mayo/pickles 2x through 2 separate employees. They insisted this was not existent. We were given a bag of burgers with no pickles add cheese, didn’t really care as we were starving, and reluctant to have any more effort directed towards explaining to them what is on their own menu. We accidentally told the employee that was all, and then said hey sorry never mind can we also get a cherry limeade and fries. She asked us to repeat what we ordered with quite a bit of attitude (very slow Monday night, but very much were being rushed out of there). We paid, they give us the food, no fries no drink. Gave no interest in trying to fix our issue other than “is it on the receipt” Ma’am you both have the headset on. You know what we asked for multiple times. These employees were very aggravated that my partner and I pointed out a mistake. I hate being a Karen, but as someone who previously worked in fast food, it erks me that even the employees treat it like a BS job. It is still employment, you still treat people like people, and customer service is important, especially when everything is so expensive. If you’re paying for it, you should get what you want.

Always great customer service. Kristen was at the window giving awesome service, when a customer in front of me was being very rude and holding up the line because they felt they should be allowed to give their order at the window. The customer blamed Kristen for the order not being taken at the window. Kristen never stopped smiling and greeting every car even though they were busy as usual. I will definitely continue going to this location for great service. Keep up the great work Kristen despite obstacles.

Good food, nice experience, but being served completely in plastic disposable kills the experience, like the plastic spoons bending in half and almost snapping to eat the ice cream. There’s no reason glass and metal utensils can’t be used.

Just left the drive thru and I ordered a banana split and I noticed the car in front of me returned a banana split, so I asked Netta in the window was that the same one that car returned and she proceeded to get smart and say: omg don’t start that mess. Teach your employees how to talk to paying customers. She could’ve simply replied no, it’s not the same, all the extra wasn’t necessary. If I wouldn’t have asked and just contacted the Health Department then I would’ve been in the wrong.
