God I hate that I have to write a bad review about this store. I have never had a bad experience at this location until tonight. I walked in and stood at the front counter on 01/29 at 8:30 pm. The drive thru was somewhat busy but I was blatantly ignored by staff behind the counter for roughly ten minutes before I got frustrated and left. I even politely attempted to get the attention of the employees to which they continued to ignore me and other customers. This was an extremely frustrating experience as not once did anyone even try to communicate that they would be with me or the other customers. They just ignored us and hoped we would leave. This is disappointing as I usually love this location. I guess the evening shift that was on schedule were the bad ones.

I worked in fast food for a few years, I know it’s not easy, but a constant bad food quality and forgetting to add things to the order is avoidable
Jan 2024: Today’s order, cheese roll was just a soft taco with shredded cheese – not even melted or heated, tried the 10 nuggets never got the 2 side sauces that are on the ticket, they often forget to put the sauce packets but there are supposedly more expensive sauce that they choose not to include although ordered and the nuggets are tiny dried up and could barely find any chicken in them. Lots of bad experiences at this location but the convenience of being close, I give them my money and take a gamble hoping to have good food each time
Nov 2023: completely different experience, place to carry out order, waited for 30 minutes. Meanwhile drive through went through countless cycles. Was almost tempted to get in the car and drive through myself even for my carryout order, but decided to keep waiting and asking for it. For the time I was there I could have went through the drive-thru maybe 10 times – horrible carry out. In addition to that I didn’t get a single sauce with my order (I put 15 but we know it’s an estimate, at least 5 would’ve been appreciated)
2021: Went to dine in while there was a large drive thru line. Got our order taken right away inside despite the busyness. Didn’t have to wait long for the order. They messed up the order a bit but were quick to fix it. Some of the drinks tasted a bit funny. The customer service is great!

Good ole Taco Bell except instead of being a cheap place to grab lunch it costs sit-down dinner prices. It was $44 for 3 of us and didn’t get anything crazy or a lot. Prices everywhere have gone up but this one is bad. $1.99 for a basic taco that used to like $0.89. This location was clean and not busy so that a plus.

I am allergic to red meats( pork and beef) . I love that taco bell has veggie options but the FACT that almost every time I order the veggie Mexican pizza at this location they give the the Regular one with meat. This is absolutely unexceptionable!!! They are very careless and not very helpful when trying to fix the problem. I’ll definitely drive to the other location up the road from now on

My family and I have had issues here every single time. Tonight no different. They had us wait at the order speaker for an extended amount of time before we could pull up to the window with no cars ahead of us…. Why? Once we got our order we pulled to a parking space because I always check the bags since we do mobile orders. Our nacho fries were STONE COLD and NEXT TO EMPTY! I then went inside and politely explained to them, and hear I assume the manager on shift say ‘they are cold but ain’t stone cold’. I’m sorry but I paid for HOT FRESH food expect it to atleast be somewhat WARM. I was given warmer fries, but it’s laughable at the amount of fries given. I’m so upset. I have a 1 1/2 year old who one of the fries were for. So we ended up giving the baby our fries so he could be content.
Also not to mention every taco was broken and sloppy, as well as the burritos. I shouldn’t have to roll my families burritos after reconstructing the fillings back inside for them to be able to eat. We spent over 50$!!!

Ordered a beefy melt burrito (with no rice) and a nacho fries box pulled around to check the order and the cheese thing on the left, having noticed that there’s not a single fiesta strip I assumed I had ordered wrongly, pulled back in the drive through and rather then causing a scene I proceeded to order another beefy melt burrito (with no rice) specifically stating the beefy melt burrito with the fiesta strips…. Pulled around paid and then I opened it up in the drive through once again no fiesta strips stated to the lady working the drive through she was like oh there’s no fiesta strips in this one…. The long haired male manager came over and stated that they are out of the fiesta strips which is understandable, however it would be advantageous to offer me a refund or better yet be proactive and inform your clients of what you are out of rather then allowing them to order the same item multiple times only to find out you’re out and didn’t even tell your patrons allowing them to find out once they have already left.

Literally asked for a box with no tomatoes and no sour cream on all items with an extra 5 layer burrito. Every item had sour cream, taco had tomato, and they didn’t give me my extra 5 layer burrito. Somehow I’m sure they want a raise tho lmfaooooo
