Why are you closed so early. Did you know you are located next to two hospitals?! Not sure if you are aware but night shift workers start at 7pm and like to grab their coffee before a shift. Of course aside from that healthcare workers, the area is busy, why not have longer hours for the busy traffic? There are multiple employers that workers going in at this time.

Got an uncooked maple sandwich (sausage patty was cold and oozed something that looked like snot). The cold brew with pumpkin spice was not much better, way too much oat milk and way too much syrup.

Quick stop at Caribou Coffee on University Ave. in West Des Moines. Walked inside as there were 5 cars at the drive up. Got my order taken immediately, and walked out within 3-4 min with fresh medium”House” coffee.

Decent location, quite a bit of seating and enough space where you’re not too close to anyone. Though I have to say, the machines are ungodly loud when being used. Not sure if it’s just bad acoustics or what. It sounds like a Dementor sucking the souls of a group of feral cats (feral cats would put up a fight which would make them louder), all at the same time.
Overall though, nice coffee house.

Ordered ahead on the app which is always a breeze. Walked in and there was only two me girl working. She was pretty busy but kicking butt! Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name but she was friendly as well and the drinks were good! The pumpkin white mocha is good in moderation, it didn’t mention spice in the app so wasn’t expecting the spice flavor.

I ordered a northern lite latte with half pumps white chocolate. . My typical order. I was asked what’s half pumps. I explained. I received my coffee with no white chocolate. Just tasted like coffee with a bit of milk. Went inside. No sorry. Tried to help showing my app. order. I’m not sure what I got but have never had problems with caribou on university like today. Discouraged.
