The food was amazing! The sushi was top tier, the crab rangoons were perfectly crispy and light, even the clear soup was seasoned perfectly – comforting and delicious. Our server was excellent at her job and very kind to us the whole time! We will be back!

This new place was so good, it definitely rivals the best sushi I have had anywhere. Absolutely delicious and worth the price which was about $21 a person. You can’t even get 2 special rolls for that price. We will definitely be back. Also our server Linda was so sweet and attentive.

I tried Ye’s after the reopening. Everything was smoothly run. From ordering to preparation speed. The waiters were very attentive. The sushi was great quality. I was stuffed after eating and it was only $29. What I ordered would easily set me back $50 at Sakura and it was the same quality, if not better. My sushi was made very quickly. The food tasted amazing. 10/10 would recommend this place. I can’t wait to dine here in the future! If you’re looking for sushi, this is your place to dine.

Saw this place was openso we decided to give it a try. Got there before 8pm on a Friday and got seated pretty quick and our drink order was taken before employee left. Finished marking down our initial order before another employee came to see what drinks we had ordered before getting them and then putting in our initial food order. We finished the food that came out slowly and added to the paper order. The order paper was quickly getting hard to read with what we originally ordered and what the second round additions. Even more tough to decipher was the sashimi orders and nigiri orders, so we had to tell the employee exactly what we wanted when she came to collect the order paper. By the 3rd order they finally brought a fresh order paper which we managed to also fill up with our 4th order placement. Managed to finally get everything we wanted to try by the 9:30pm cut off time. I sure hope the process of ordering gets less cluttered as they continue to serve the North Canton area. Would come back and also try out the Mongolian grill sister restaurant on the opposite side of the building.

The staff was super friendly, the environment was calm, and the food was fantastic. Only issue was that the service was a little slow, but that’s not really an issue. They’ll get better with time. 10/10.

I have now given this place three visits to get things right being that they are new; There will not be a fourth visit. Overall the sushi is decent, but the service is terrible and the time to eat here is just way to long.
Our most recent visit (2-25) took us just over 1 1/2 hours to get a total of two orders in. The wait time for the first order was almost 45 minutes before our entire order was finally complete. The second order took 25 minutes. Afterwards we just wanted to leave.
As for the service, among the rudest I have experienced at any restaurant. A friendly greeting, not having to wave down our server for beverage refills, and a thank you at the end would go a long way. I don’t think our server spoke more than 10 words total.
I will not be back again. Judging from the Google reviews my experience seems to be the norm and management/owner still can’t get it right or just doesn’t care.
