We stopped by this location one evening after a long, exhausting day of working on our property. Despite it being close to closing time, we were warmly welcomed and served without hesitation. We honestly weren’t expecting much, but to our surprise, the food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious—especially after such a long day. I hadn’t had Burger King in years, and this visit completely exceeded my expectations.
Joseph and the young lady working that night were incredibly kind and professional. They never made us feel rushed, even though we chose to dine in so close to closing. We asked if they could make the nuggets spicy, and Joseph responded with a cheerful “no problem.” When he brought them out, we were blown away—perfectly crunchy and coated in a flavorful spicy glaze. So good!
We enjoyed the experience so much that we returned two days later—and once again, everything was fantastic. The food was just as amazing, and the lobby and restrooms were impressively clean. A special shoutout to Joseph and the same sweet young lady (sorry we didn’t catch your name) for their consistent hospitality.
Hands down, this is the best Burger King location we’ve ever visited. Thank you for making our evenings brighter!

I ordered a whopper with cheese combo. I got about 10 miles down the road and realized they gave me a mushroom Swiss burger. I tried to eat it but I just wasn’t wanting that. I wasted over half of it plus my money.

This 5 star review is for the employee Elijah who works at this location! I go to this Burger King about twice a week, and every time he has taken my order and is working the window, he has gone above and beyond! He always makes sure I have everything I need from sauces to napkins. Every time any of the other employees take my order, they’ve wrong or forgotten to give me straws, part of my order, or even the drinks for the kid’s meals. Elijah is always very professional, polite and friendly- which is increasingly uncommon in fast food. Just wanted to shine a spotlight on this employee, because he is doing a great job at this company. This man deserves a raise!

Slow, inaccurate, did I mention the have gotten our orders wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME WEVE GONE THRU!!! Today she took our order wrong we ordered 1 croissant sausage and egg and 1 sausage egg and cheese biscuit and she charged us for only croissant and left off sausage and biscuit. Egg and sausage croissant which came out with top bread cold and the other part was barely warm. Yuk. The sausage egg and cheese biscuit magically turned into a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Order is always wrong or delayed for a long period of time. Every time. Just stupid.

I was honestly really disappointed not about the food, but the atmosphere and service. While waiting for my order I could see the workers rushing to get things done and this lady by the name of Veronica was simply just yelling at an employee for what seemed to be about another customer who was being rude putting blame on the employee. It’s clear that while the service is fast, it’s unwelcoming with employees like her. It’s not worth coming back just to witness the same stuff again of clearly employees being treated bad by superiors or those that are just mean ungodly people.

Came inside with no greeting or anything ordered the whopper with pickle fries. The pickle fries were black, cold, and mushy ask for them to be remade and the worker gave me attitude. Finally got fresh pickle fries after having to remind her because she forgot to give them to us and while I was waiting I at my cold whopper and watching the manager eat in-between making orders.

Took almost 30 minutes to get our food after we ordered and they weren’t even busy. When we finally got our food it was cold. This place never gets it right if there was an option for negative stars I’d give it -10. It’s like this every time we come here. This will be my family’s last time coming here

Figured I’d try Burger King again after a few years. 3 times in a row at the canton location horrible food. This time I politely asked them to remake a Mexican chicken sandwich because it had absolutely nothing on it. The guy slammed the window on me with an attitude after giving me the new one, which still sucked. I didn’t even do anything to deserve the attitude. Store manager or higher ups, you’ve gotta do something about the staff. The girl at the window was extremely friendly though

25 minute wait in the drive thru because they forgot to make our food. 8:45 at night and they close at 11, already out of tea and said another 6 minute wait to make chicken. When we finally got our food we asked for ketchup she told us they were out of packets. Worst service I’ve had in this town. Will not go back.
