We walked into Longhorn and proceeded to the bar area for seating,. When we got there it was filled with dirty dishes, empty glasses, food particles, dirty napkins from past dinning quests leaving no clean place to sit. We waited a few minutes for the bartender so he could clear the dirty dishes and wipe the counter clean, no one ever showed up. I finally went to the hostess stand and ask the man standing there if he could help us get a place cleaned in the bar so we could sit. He comes out of the kitchen with a towel in hand and the first thing he said was they all left at the same time. I replied “I doubt that we have been waiting for help for a while and this place is a mess”. He immediately said “I don’t think that we are going to make you happy tonight I need to ask you to leave”. I replied I am a customer that has been coming in here for 15 years and your throwing us out because of why”? He said “you need to leave because we are not going to make you happy” I asked him to give me his card so I could report this to corporate. He left and returned with a card. I am a customer that will never return until he is gone. I have never seen him before yet I have been acquainted with a couple of the girls that got pregnant had their children and came back for a short time and then left.

The food here is always amazing!! Today my sister and I had a couple appetizers. She also had a loaded baked potato very reasonably priced! Our appetizers were spinach & artichoke dip with fried pita chips and fire crackers with chicken in them. So good!! You can’t go wrong here!! Great service too!!

This place is a joke. I usually go to the one in Branson and loved it but I was up here and we decide to try it and it was a disappointment all around tge utensils were dirty and the second set had hairs and the waiter brought me a new set which it looks like he just wipe the previous set and no napkins this time also he spend time sitting with what I take were family or friends next to us so I ask someone else for napkins than the food comes and I order my sweet potato his ask if we wanted sugar and butter we said yes and we got a potato with like two big table spoons of sugar cinnamon and butter it was so discussing, kitchen i took a glance on my way to the bathroom and it was discussing i felt sick I should it not ate here the waiter didn’t get my husband anything else to drink half way his meal so my husband ate the rest of his meal on the dry.he was more interested in his vip guest that forgot we were there nearly to say ill never coming back here and will stick with the one in branson. Also I would not recommend it at all it looks like no o e cares around this place even the bathroom were gross stay away from this place not worth the money or your health.i don’t know where is the health department when you need one

Michelle was execellent, she made sure we had a great meal. The food was prefect and the environment made me feel at home. Will return very very soon. Thank you great longhorn steakhouse for my incredible dinner, my date loves me even more for taking her here. Hopefully that love continues to grow with each bite of the juicy Outlaw Ribeye 20z with parm crust, mhmm yummers.

We were there about 2pm. Not overly busy but had a wait of 10 minutes. Shown to table Again a wait. We ordered and waited at least 15-20 minutes for our food. I ordered 6 chicken tenders and baked sweet potato. Potato on small side. My lemonade was awful. My husband ordered a ribeye which has gristle (took home to dogs), steamed broccoli and coffee. No steak sauce offered . The meal plus tip was $62. Not worth it and will not be back. Overly priced. Could have ate at houlihans cheaper and had better service and food!!!!

I came here with my wife for lunch and ordered a filet and parmesan chicken combo. I was very pleased with the experience. The steak was cooked as ordered and very flavorful; you do not need silly steak sauce. The chicken was just the good classic, and I could eat that forever. Lastly, the sides were good. Our server, Skylar, was excellent. She was very friendly and checked on us regularly.
