Came in, wasn’t quite ready to order and wanted to look at the menu bc I don’t go there often.
Cashier said okay sure and went to work on pizzas, that’s totally fine.
I asked about the toppings on the Wisconsin 6 cheese pizza, they all acted super confused and then said it’s just cheese.
I asked abt the BBQ chicken pizza, guy goes to check (I guess they don’t know what’s on the speciality pizzas?) And drops a pizza
I apologize bc I feel like it’s my fault for being distracting.
The problem is when I actually try to ask abt ordering, 3 times I try to say something and I get totally ignored.
Guy with me comes in, also says something about ordering, gets ignored.
I work at a restaurant, have worked at restaurants for 5 ish years now, and this just feels unprofessional and eugh.
I just left. Bc why should I have to wait like forever trying to get their attention just to order a pizza

9-15-19 Sunday 9:30 pm. I will start off by saying my last experience with this location was horrible about a year ago. Tonight when I went in I was instantly greeted by the two ladies in the front. They were very polite and professional. One of the ladies even took time out to explain to me how the reward points system worked. From what I can see in the lobby and from what I can see over the front counter the location seem to be clean. I instantly opened my pizza boxes before I left the location just in case I had the same problem as last time. Everything was on point. When I got the pizzas back to the apartment they were delicious. I was skeptical about going back to this location however I did and it worked out. I am pleased with everything and I would return to this location.

I came here to pick up any order after I got my daughter from school. And the first crew girl was really sweet but when the other girl handed me my order. Wow she was horrible she just handed me my food. Didn’t ask me if I needed anything else I was trying to ask for something but the window closed so fast in my face that I drove off. And that red hair was something.

Ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza because we were late on deciding dinner for us and the kids. Got it delivered by Jonathan, brought it in the house, opened it up and BAM. Pizza slice missing. I call the store and she (manager) asks ME to SEND IT BACK and get another one… my kids and I are hungry and have been waiting for this delivery all this time… terrible customer service and obviously not very well trained employees. It’s unfortunate that I can’t even get a pizza anymore without wondering if my delivery driver is gonna eat a piece!!!!

Dominos has great deals. This particular location came through for us when the app order came out different than what we really wanted. The cashier helped us adjust the order when we called and made it right. Thank you team for great service and great food everytime.

Other than the crazy red headed lady that’s attached to the back of your store running off customers everything was great. She was screaming and being extremely rude. I would definitely look into getting that handled she said she owns the store behind you guys but nothing pulls up. Not a store name or anything. There also aren’t any signs to her “building” that says it was even a legit thing… just thought yall should know.

This is Our personal custom pizza, late posting, but Dominos has definitely won our business.. You can customize your own pizza! Their pasta dishes are absolutely delicious. Try the Chicken carbonara; I opt out of the mushrooms and onions. Their Brookie is so good.. taste fresh..
