Bought this sweet tea and literally had to go make myself throw up as soon as I saw this. Looks like worms was bought Monday night, it’s Wednesday evening. Idk how much of that I drunk without knowing,will probably have to go get medical attention just in case.

I LOVE the food at Chik-Fil-A.
LOVE it.
It’s a comfort food and no matter how much time passes between visits, it always tastes fantastic.
HOWEVER, despite being a Christian business promoting “family values” -“judge not lest ye be judged” doesn’t seem to have taken root in the employees minds. I am 54, have long hair, several tattoos, and stopped to get dinner for my daughter and myself after a 10 hour shift at my factory job. I was completely ignored by the teens at the register – despite standing 3 feet from them – until finally approached by an employee (who must have drawn the “short straw”…) who “apologized” for my wait. I spent $37 dollars on my dinner then sat down to wait for my order. At THIS point, one of the employees – who chose to look me up and down like a diseased animal rather than take my order at the register – walked up to me and asked if I was waiting for something. Really?!? I had 3 drinks and they came out through 2 separate employees; when I asked for a drink carrier, I was met with exasperation – like I asked for a kidney instead. I understand that homeless people walk up and down University all day, and perhaps they have caused problems, but I am NOT homeless, have ALWAYS been polite and well behaved, am a devoted son and Father, work 60 hours a week making car parts on first shift, and have been a member of First United Methodist Church for 44 years. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover; you WILL lose business – not JUST mine, but everyone I relay this bad experience to – and I WILL be sharing it with a LOT of friends and family. It’s a shame really, the food is must SO good.

CORPORATE OFFICE please see this, transaction #: 5428 @ 8:32am the young lady that took my order was sweet, the young man that handed me my food, looked like the only person working there, and he was walking around with a hurt foot, while 9 young looking employees were just standing there, why didn’t one of them hand me my drink? And why were they not getting the order organized and helping the ONE person that was handing out food? I thought this was Christian ran corporation. Check the the cameras at the time stated above and fire every single person standing there doing nothing. So many good people need jobs and will appreciate the opportunity those who were standing around do not.

This is an embarrassment to the Chick-Fil-A name. I’ve legit never had service handled so poorly and slow as when I visited this one. Stores in used to would pump through customers at 2-3x the speed as here without a question of who’s order is who’s and if it’s correct. Could’ve been an off night but with other options, I’ll check those out before returning to this location.
Food was decent however as always but even Popeyes puts this to shame in service which is unheard of.

This location used to be great – I’m not sure what’s changed, but the service and food are very poor quality now. I stopped in today on my way to work and got cold, foul-tasting nuggets. I took one bite and spit it out. Mind you, this was at 10:45 when you would imagine everything to be very fresh. The staff are not as friendly anymore either. I enjoy CFA but I won’t be returning to this location.

Worst CFA in Huntsville. I asked for a senior diet lemonade. I’ve been to other Chick-fil-As in Huntsville that honor the senior drink. I cannot have sugar. I cannot drink dark soft drinks. Plus the guy was kinda rude. This CFA won’t honor it. Won’t be back. No matter the convenience of the location!!!

Very disappointed with the service received today. We were blamed for an error the cashier made with our order and overcharged for the meal. The cashier who took the order was distracted trying to help another employee. The cashier at the window tried to have us pay more for the missing item. Unfortunately will not be back.

This Chick-fil-A neds to be rebuilt. It is always packed and doesnt have enough parking/driving space. No movile thrus, it takes forever to get your food. The food is great when you get it but it takes 20+ minutes to get it.

Usually don’t have to wait that long but the drive thru was very slow. Two employees didn’t say “my pleasure” is that gone now? Too much ice in my drink. Food was good.
