Super busy Friday night and they got us in quickly. Food was all cooked perfectly and as a first time customer to this little location I got some cool goodies. Everyone was super friendly and our waitress was super nice. The whole place looked clean and overall a great experience!

We ordered Togo which I often do. They’ve changed their side salad to go portion. It’s much smaller than it used to be. I’m very dissapointed because Texas Road House was one of very few that I felt the Togo portions matched the dine in. It feels like another corporate greed grab. Before they stood apart in that they were better than most. Now they’re just like all the other chains.

The food is great. Having said that, it’s crowded and loud in a lively sort of way. The reason for my low rating is due to an online order I made. The website wouldn’t tell me how long the order would take until after I made the purchase. This is inherently problematic. Once I made the purchase I was notified that it was going to take an hour and a half to prepare my meal. That’s a considerable amount of time for two simple meals. Regardless I couldn’t wait that long for the order. If I had known it was going to take that long I would have gone somewhere else. I called to cancel the order immediately. Was told over the phone that it would be taken care of. I was never notified of my order being completed so I assumed they had canceled it. Here I am two weeks later and the money for the order still hasn’t been credited back to my account. Texas roadhouse essentially put me in this predicament by not informing me of the amount of time for the meal prep prior to me purchasing the food. They then basically robbed me by not giving me my money back after I called to cancel the order. So to sum up: Good food… lively but potentially uncomfortable atmosphere… horrible customer service. I will not frequent this establishment again.

The ribs were spot on, the steaks were cooked exactly right, and the sides were just as good. The mashed potatoes were fantastic and the loaded sweet potato really hit the mark. On top of that, the service was outstanding.
My only “complaint” is that after such a great meal I was so relaxed and full I could’ve used a shuttle ride home.

Absolutely amazing. Both food and service. I was about to be seated in the bar area; but when I explained reapectfully that I am in early recovery and If there was anywhere else I could sit, then we’re so kind and compassionate and happily obliged and I got a table on the other side of the restaurant.
I had the grilled green chili chicken and it was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Highly recommend it!!

Cleaning your table before you can eat!???
Got a table. Sat down. Ate a bun. Nice server took my order. Got up to wash hands. Came back less then 2 mins later. They had delivered my drinks. But there was a bus boy cleaning and had already cleared off the table I was at already.
I asked him if he was kicking me out. He was embarrassed. So was I. I imagine the busboy is gonna get an earful. I went to hostess stand. Informed them what happened. Said I won’t be eating here. Wished them good night. Walked out.

I came in for my birthday around 3:00 and our group of 12 had the absolute pleasure of being served by Alex. From start to finish he provided amazing service and truly made the entire meal even better. His attitude was positive, attentive and welcoming the whole time, and he handled our large group effortlessly. Alex went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience and he played a big part in making my birthday celebration memorable. Truly wonderful service.

Everything time we go here it’s awesome but last night was above awesome. The food, the atmosphere was as always perfect but our server Kenji was absolutely amazing. Only want him to serve us from now on. Every server there is awesome but he was amazing. Thank you to everyone for a perfect night. Well worth traveling all the way from laramie.
