Had the Marlie’s Sampler. There was plenty of food! The seafood was seasoned perfectly, but I would’ve liked the crab balls & stuffed shrimp seasoned more. The seafood gumbo was disappointing. It had a weird texture and lacked flavor. Our server was great! Overall a 4 star experience.

Such a great, down home, delicious place to experience best that Louisiana has to offer. The 16oz ribeye is truly unbelievable. Their scale must be off because their 16oz is more like 2 16ozs. You have to see it to believe it. Plates come out piled in a teepee of goodness. There is no way to eat it all. The prices are reasonable and the service is always on point. Try Marlie’s if you haven’t been. You won’t be disappointed.

Every time I pass by this place it’s super packed so I had to stop by one day and give it a try.They have a very extensive menu focusing mainly on seafood and steaks. I ordered the stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer and the seafood platter as the main course. The food was great and the owner Micah is very personable and makes sure that you are completely satisfied with everything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It’s definitely worth the drive and the wait. To avoid a long wait I would advise getting there early.

Excellent food and great service. The hostess told us it would be about an hour wait. She then asked if we would mind sitting at the bar. We said yes and were seated right away. Once at the bar, food and drinks came out at a great pace. My wife and I had a terrific valentines dinner.

The abundance of food was outstanding. The bang bang shrimp poboy was so full you could not close the bun. Their onion rings was cooked to perfection and ended bringing some home because it was so much. I received 6 oysters and 6 shrimp on the platter plus a large side salad.

From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and promptly seated with our drinks within five minutes. Both my father and I ordered the 8 oz steak, which was generously portioned—closer to 12 oz—and among the most flavorful and perfectly cooked steaks I have ever had. Our server, Meredith, provided exceptional service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant—10/10.
