SERIOUSLY if the young adults who work there stopped trying out for the new season of 16 and pregnant and stayed in school maybe their attitudes would be better and more suitable for the general public. It’s a free for all there and the managers sit and laugh with them while they give you nothing but attitude while taking your order, making your order and throwing it at you. There’s nothing wrong with working in the fast food industry there is something VERY wrong when an establishment allows behaviors that reflects a miserable team. Take an extra 6 minutes drive down to westspringfield problem solved. Hope this helps I also took a picture because I really REALLY want them to remember this order.

Literally the worst place to buy food! I asked for a chicken sandwich and they don’t have it. So I order the rest of my food and at the window the guy tells me they have no fries and it will take 5-7 minutes. They ask me to park…20min later and seeing a fee of the employees look out towards my car, I have to take my son out the car and go in to get my fries. I go in they are eating and talking and tell me we have no fries and of course i am upset! Noone was going to let me know and or refund my money? This is crazy work!

In Love With My Forever Baby
Im am very pregnant and my husband went to get me food since i was still working. He ordered and paid for them to not even give him the correct meat. I hate white meat. I will only eat dark meat and they replaced my original chicken drums with tenders. I am beyond frustrated and starving and i still wont eat it.
Update: I called corporate and they mailed me a voucher for $15. Which was fine the cost was 14 and change. However when I went to redeem it no one their knew how to use it. They almost refused to take it because they thought it wasn’t real. Luckily I brought the letter from corporate validating it. They had to call another store to figure it out but at least I got my food.

Ordered the food 10 minutes before arriving. Upon arrival, there we’re already a few people waiting for there food.

I had to approach the team member to ask for my order that was stated to be ready. When the team member went to check in on my order another team member said oh there was crispy and didn’t tell me cook time or other options. As if they expected me by default to say sub it out.

The “manager” asked what does he want there isn’t crispy. The team member couldn’t respond as she didn’t offer options. Manager came out told me they didn’t have crispy and after asking how long the cook time was. I I decided on original.

15 minutes after arriving I was called for my order.

Checked my food they missed the biscuits. And when I asked about the biscuits, was told oh, the oven broken.

First and foremost transparency is key. A job is a job, working and serving the public isn’t an easy job. But be transparent, offer solutions as a manager leading a team. If food is available or ready.

Second, don’t hide in the back chilling, playing music and speaking poorly about customers in Spanish. When you have customers waiting and your store fair from clean.

Lastly you are still open for another 2-3 hours. With two items I’m sure there were more. Unavailable, to me it sounds like they were cutting corners to shut down faster. The the milkshake machine broken or down for service.

It’s been years since the store ran the correct way. It sad.

Service is deplorable, ordered for the first time online, went through drive through to pick up and was given an attitude, she first tried to claim she didn’t receive order, then she asked me to move, when I asked if I could park and wait, she said no, they don’t bring food out, it has to be picked up inside although I had the order number, she said she was not going to send the only person inside she had out with the order, I go in count two other people working and only one at the counter, not busy at all, they have a sign written on the wall that says treat every guest as a friend in your home, this did not happen although I tried explaining that it was my first time ordering online, and other restaurants allow you pick your order through drive through, with an attitude she said we are not other companies, when I asked for the phone number of the owner to the store she didn’t want to give it to me.
