I waited 18 minutes for my drink. I asked twice about it. They said “I’m making it”. Then when they put it up, I didn’t even hear my name.They let it sit there without getting my attention. Staff was inefficient. I saw several people waiting 10 minutes for their drink. I did not feel like a valued SB customer at all.
While I was sitting in my car after, an employee came out and asked if we forgot our cup inside. It was an empty paper cup I left on the table. He knew it was empty. Trying to send me a message? I should have put it in the garbage? Weird move on his part.
Won’t ever come to this SB again.

This morning around 8 am, my son bought me a Matcha Latte with oat milk and 2 shots of espresso. I think there was a BIG MISTAKE with the milk, because I never felt sick before drinking this. I had stomach pain and nausea after drinking it, it didn’t go away and I ended up throwing up a lot. I just now feel somewhat better but I have a headache and I had to rest. I’m VERY upset about the situation!! I’ll never get Starbucks again! NEVER!!!! Now it’s 2:30 PM, and I still do not feel well.

At 4pm they didn’t have change for a $50 and had some lame excuse about having to give change in quarters so they wouldn’t have to wait on my teenage daughter. I don’t buy that a business of this kind keeps less than $10 in change on hand.

I have worked in the coffee industry for almost 10 years and I know how difficult it can be to keep a positive attitude at all times and provide the best customer service regardless of what is going on in your personal lives. I come to this Starbucks at least 2-3x a week and every time I come, I look forward to seeing DIANA making my coffee and greeting me (and others) at the door. I feel welcomed and truly serviced by her. She always makes sure anyone who walks in is attended to and makes sure their coffee is the best it can be! To keep this positive attitude and spectacular service CONSISTENTLY is very impressive. Thank you, Diana. You’re a rockstar!!!
