Stopped in for lunch today and the restaurant wasn’t too busy. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl. The staff didn’t seem very welcoming—almost like I was inconveniencing them by placing an order. That said, they did prepare my food fairly quickly once I placed my order. Portion sizes seemed inconsistent compared to what I’ve received at other Chipotle locations, even though the pricing was the same. The store itself could use some general cleaning; there was visible debris on the floor and dining area. Overall, not the worst experience, but definitely not the best either.

If you go to Chipotle for world class customer service, this ain’t it. But if you go for good sized food portions, this is the best one around. And it’s clean. The line may be long at times, but that’s any Chipotle. At least they work fast in this one. The customer service also isn’t terrible, it’s just not good.

The service at this location is terrible! Erick is the only nice person that works there! These International people that work here are rude and will try to talk to you any kind of way. Waiting to see who Daisha Brown is and if she will respond to my grievances. Went to support a local high school fundraiser for special need seniors only to be mistreated by staff because my kid couldn’t understand and was being rushed to order because they were busy! Almost want to call the news

Unfortunately I didn’t get a picture for this takeout meal, but I’ll share pictures from the meal that was delivered from this same location one wk ago (same bowl: white rice, double chicken, veggies, tomatoes, and chili sauce). The same indivdual must have made both orders because my double chicken looked less than a spoonful. I pointed this out and there was no reaction, which was disappointing. Food was flavorful otherwise. Maybe the third time will be better?!

Every time I’ve stopped here I have never been greeted. They quite literally don’t speak to any of the black customers. They go out of their way NOT to be kind or at least say words to people patronizing the business that pays them. I will be reaching out to corporate about this. Every chipotle in DC are so welcoming and this specific location which only employs Hispanic people is, surprisingly, cold and unwelcoming to the black community. Meanwhile, most of their customers are black. I waited to see if I was making stuff up and a Hispanic person walks or a white guy and all of a sudden they remember their manners. I will be reporting them to every bureau or department I can. It is sad with the state of our country that anyone that is considered a minority would act like this towards any specific group of people. I am disappointed to say how many times I’ve shopped here over the last 6 months but I will be putting my money where my mouth is from this point forward.

12/16/2024-We stopped at Dakota Crossing to find some food. Chipotle was not at all crowded. We all ordered different stuff. I order a chicken bowl ( brown rice, black beans, onions/peppers, corn, lettuce, diced tomatoes and guacamole on the side! Nice! This dish is so tasty! I could not wait to get back home to relax and eat my food! Yum! Yum! Yum!

Ordered a salad and got barely any greens. Doesn’t make sense that the vinaigrette came on the side but sour cream is dumped on top—especially when there’s no way to ask for either on the side.

Server admitted that the plastic was from the tortilla packaging.
Managers declined to give me their name
I initially requested a refund and a replacement bowl due to me having to travel back up there and missing my lunch break
The manager said that he couldn’t do both, so I requested the peice of plastic back (that they threw away with my food) and he then says they’ll do a bowl for me as well
He told the server to only give me a 1 scoop of chicken bowl when I initially paid for a 3 scoop bowl.
How folks get mad when they make a mistake, I could’ve chocked and died and these places don’t take it seriously
