Got the large $10 pizza, pizza BARELY had the 5 toppings , hardly NO pepperoni, got 8 pieces of wings, was dry,hardly no BBQ then the guy forgot to give me my wings when I went through the drivethur, half way home had to turn around to pick up the wings. Im so done with this place. I use to love this place,but now it really sucks.

Took forever for someone to come take our order. She was rude right from the get go. My husband ordered an Ultimate Chicago Tavern Style pizza, she said it didn’t exist and he showed her on the menu where it was. The employee asked us what was on it. So my husband sat there and read the description to her and she said oh an ultimate with an attitude. She said it’d be ready in 10 minutes so we went to the store next door. Shopper a little and came back in 15 minutes later. My husband sat there for 10 minutes waiting for an employee to acknowledge him so we could get our pizza. Then it wasn’t ready. That was 25 mins after the 10 mins she told us it’d be done. He came back to the car and waited another 15 mins until it was finally done.

Got there two minutes before it said it would be done, and they told me it would be six more minutes. I was the only person there. When I got my pizza it was absolutely burnt to a crisp and they didn’t even cut it all the way through. They dumped seasoning on some parts of the pizza, it looks like with a spoon. Was my pizza burned on purpose? It seems so. Regardless, it’s a display of utter contempt for the customer. Absolutely atrocious service and I should get a refund. Garbage garbage garbage garbage garbage garbage. Avoid this establishment at all costs.

The delivery was fast and for a classic stuff crust pizza it was okay. Kinda bland and had no cheesepull but it what you expect from a chain pizza place. I normally get sausage and it was okay too. I wish it was a little cheaper for the quality tho.

Been going to the one on Belmont avenue recently usually I go to the one near the Eastwood Mall. Belmont avenue of really been enjoying a customer service the ladies working there have really been into their jobs. Very friendly and fun!

Literally have to wait in the drive thru for 20 plus minutes every time. If you order from here you literally mine well just start pulling up and order at the window and just wait and hold up the drive through.

I wish I could give NO stars. Absolutely ridiculous service!! Ordered 2 sandwiches just for them to give me hot lettuce on bread. When I go back to have it remade or refunded their employee didn’t want to come back to the window or answer the door. Proceeded to call the police on me for asking for my food to be made right or refunded.
