The majority of the food was really good. My only complaints are about the Chicken and Dumplings, the dumplings were very underdone. A little too goopy for my liking personally but hey, someone may be into that! The service was awesome. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. Also very sad that you all discontinued the Pot Roast. 🙁

Went for early dinner with my mother. We had a great experience. Our server was incredibly nice and attentive. Every person we spoke to in the store area was very helpful and pleasant.

Everyone was so friendly, nice and professional. The food was amazing. This Cracker Barrell is the best one I have been to! The price was very affordable for 5 of us to eat there. Keep up the good work.

Service was ok. Came with a group of 10, and half the good came out 10 mins before my 1 & 3 yr old had to wait a whole 15 mins before we received our food. My Mom their Nana order pancakes for dinner my 3 old was staring at them ready for his food, and I couldn’t say no bc he was hungry. So he had sugar filled pancakes for dinner. When his food arrived 15 mins later he didn’t want his food.

Food has gone downhill. The hash brown casserole tastes like stale plain hash browns, the pancakes were doughy not fluffy and they no longer give you syrup in those cute little bottles. Thick bacon isn’t thick. Second time we have been disappointed probably won’t be a third.

What can you really say about Cracker Barrel that hasn’t already been said? Always a great choice for good, comfort food. I had the fried shrimp with green beans and the hashbrown casserole and my Mom had the lemon pepper fish with coleslaw and fried apples. We went with the cornbread muffins. Food was great, service was great, and I picked up a few Christmas gifts. Retail side staffed well with friendly folks.

The world has changed. I’m not quite sure how this will be received but, we ALL know one person is doing the job of/ in today’s standard, 3. Because cost of living wages are behind by far and geographical were you eat, shop at is also a factor. / If you know then you know. That being said, the hiring personnel for these Co,s is doing a fantastic job across the state as almost EVERYONE that i eat at so a wonderful job at manners, respect, and food quality. That atmosphere is like going back in time in lighting and a cabin feel enabling me to relax on a different level. I can’t wait for winter when the sound and look off a crackling fire will be present. Thank you Cracker Barrel & also to ALL STAFF & investors for making it relaxing and affordable & so a quality meal.
I also want to say for EVERYONE who’s dose these jobs & ANY job where you deal with the public and are able to set aside your problems & give us your best,,, THANK YOU. It feels like $ well spent & we enjoy ourselves ALLOT MORE. THANKS TO all Involved.

I had a lovely time with coworkers and mangers. A gathering for Christmas. It was so nice to set and be able to communicate with everyone. I seen smiling faces all around. The food was really good. And I loved all the old pictures on the wall.

We split a mommas pancake breakfast. Ordered scrambled eggs & crispy bacon. The eggs were overcooked (brown on outside) bacon was a few seconds away from burnt. So crispy it was hard to bite through. The pancakes that we were so looking forward to were actually undercooked and doughy in the middle. We split the meal so didn’t bother sending back but I would have if I were the only one eating it. Very disappointing experience. Will not be seeking a Cracker Barrel out for a good while.
