I’ve been to other locations and it’s safe to say they maintain the standard across all locations!! Came in on a Sunday for lunch and was so excited to eat but I wanted something healthy.
We walked in and only waited about 2 minutes in line. The inside had plenty of seating with really nice wall art and photos everywhere. The woman working there took our order and was very patient as we asked questions. She was very kind when she gave me the code to the bathroom too.
We ordered a Grains bowl with mixed meats, both chicken and lamb, saffron rice and added romaine lettuce. We also ordered the San Diego wrap and added grilled sirloin steak to it. The grain bowl was so balanced, I added the dill yogurt sauce and the Jalapeño sauce to my bowl which just brought all the flavors together so perfectly. The saffron rice was cooked perfectly also with great flavors the lettuce was crisp, and the red cabbage slaw, picked onions and tomato and cucumber just gave every bite such a fresh taste! It was a perfect meal! The San Diego wrap was well toasted, the fries inside were fresh and the grilled sirloin steak had a nice smokey taste that gave such an authentic flavor to the entire wrap!
Overall, just great place! One of my go too’s especially when I want to eat clean or show my friends a new spot! I will definitely be back!

I had such a great experience at The Kaba Shop in La Jolla! The store itself is clean, well-organized, and has a welcoming atmosphere but what really stood out was the amazing customer service. Vanessa, the cashier, was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. She went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed and did it all with such a cheerful attitude.
It’s rare these days to meet someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers, but Vanessa is truly a delight to work with. Her positivity and professionalism made my visit memorable, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of her. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

The staff were so sweet, but there is a tablet to order on too if you’re more visual! The food was phenomenal except the rice could have had some more flavor because it kind of tasted watery. Overall, highly recommend this place if in the area!

We used to dine in here a lot, so we decided to order some takeout today when we have friends coming over. A hard lesson learned here, you should not order takeout cuz they’ll serve you BURNED pita and BURNED chicken. The chicken is so burned it’s bitter and the whole room smells burned. We definitely won’t come back again.

This place is where Ross, Marshall’s, World Market, etc is. Parking is never an issue here. Came for a Saturday lunch. Ordered a gyros plate and a side of hummus. The gyro was good. Salad was fresh and crispy. Hummus was very good but for the amount of hummus you get, they only give you one pita bread. But overall, not bad for a quick lunch
