The food here is among the best BBQ in So Cal, and some of the best I’ve had period. Portions are very generous even borderline too much food. You’ll definitely have leftovers. The ordering process is painfully slow and most of your wait is standing in the line to order. Give yourself at least 45 minutes.

Kitchen Craft BBQ’s new location in Paramount is an absolute WIN! From the moment we walked in, the place was buzzing with excitement. You could feel the energy right away great music playing, families laughing, people enjoying incredible food. It has that perfect mix of a lively vibe and welcoming, family atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile.
And let’s talk about the food… we went all in and sampled the whole venue.
Dino Rib Massive, tender, and packed with smoky flavor. Fall-off-the-bone perfection.
Brisket Juicy, beautifully smoked, with that perfect bark. You can taste the craftsmanship in every bite.
Smoked Turkey Sausage Snappy casing, flavorful, and not dry at all. Absolutely dialed in.
Mac & Cheese Creamy, rich, and comforting the kind that keeps you going back for “just one more bite.”
Collard Greens Savory, well-seasoned, and cooked just right.
Brisket Chili Deep, smoky, hearty flavor that hits on every level.
The presentation was on point everything looked as good as it tasted. Even the packaging was thoughtfully done, which shows they care about the entire customer experience from start to finish.

This is the Brick ‘n Mortar location for that BBQ goodness you’ve only found falling off a truck before! This is the HOME BASE for the ONLY brisket to rival Dr Hogly Wogly, and the 2nd best smoked turkey I’ve ever had in my entire LIFE (Franklins in Austin, TX holds the top)!

Great barbecue place. Excellent atmosphere. Lots of parking plenty of TV. The only thing I think would be more helpful if they had water accessible to the customers.So we wouldn’t have to keep interrupting the cashier to give us water. Highly recommend
I had all of the sides which are delicious.The greens and the beans are the best.I was not that impressed with the macaroni and cheese today.But I just happened to like more cheese.
Eventually there probably will get more than one cashier to speed up the process a bit.But this is not fast food, and I appreciate every morsel!!!

I had never tried KC’s BBQ before, so I was really looking forward to this visit. I made the drive out to Paramount from the Valley, spent quite a bit of money, and then headed back home excited to dig in.
Unfortunately, the oxtails were a bit overcooked and charred, which made them too tough to chew, so I didn’t end up finishing them. I also wish there had been a sign or some kind of notice letting customers know that to-go orders need to request sauce separately. My order didn’t come with any, which was disappointing.
That said, the ribs, turkey, brisket, sausage, and all of the sides were genuinely good and definitely the highlight of the meal. Because of that, I’m still giving four stars. While I enjoyed much of the food, I don’t think I’ll be making the drive back down to Paramount again.

I was on the 91 fwy and seen a IG post. Im glad I hopped out and tried this spot, the best ribs and softest brisket I tried. Also the bbq sauce is fire not to sweet.
