Stopped at the Wendy’s in Piqua around 10:20 one Sunday morning hoping to get a burger. The lunch menu was already on display behind the counter and I was the only customer in the business at the time. A surly middle-aged woman behind the counter saw me studying the menu and angrily flipped the display back to the breakfast menu without saying a word. When I asked why, she said the lunch menu wouldn’t be available until 10:30, which by now was just 6 minutes or so away. Her attitude was appalling and my burger and fries, which I waited for patiently, were ubstandard. Nothing like what Wendy’s used to serve. I haven’t eatsen at a Wendy’s since the incident. Not surprised to hear they’re closing a lot of stores. Hope this Piqua location is one of them.

A&W will always be far better. Wendy’s has fallen far from grace since it’s glory days. They never cook their bacon crispy, and it’s always soft and soggy. It always come all in one bite. Awful

Went here today ordered ranch chicken sandwich, nuggets and chili and the only thing that was edible was the chilli…..I will never go to another Wendy’s again this sandwich was microwaved like multiple times it was so nasty…..it’s only matter of time this place will close if you keep putting out old nasty food……I’m done with Wendy’s

This place has become infested with bugs and the cooks don’t wear gloves when cooking raw meat. Not surprised at all my student got food poisoning from here. It used to be better, it’s gone downhill fast.

I’m unsure what’s happened at Wendy’s but it’s always been good. Went there tonight fries tasted like they’d been sitting in oil soggy, the hamburger patties have shrunk… Why are they so thin all the sudden? They are thinner then White Castle burgers. I didn’t think they could get thinner. My boyfriend didn’t get a receipt with the food so to call and complain would probably be a hassle. Disappointed is an understatement.

Had the 2 for 7 going on. Ordered 2 spicy chickens which was one of the items. Also got a single and 10 nuggets,also items for the deal. Got charged full price for them all. Got up to window and asked if they were still doing deal? Yes we are was reply. Said I was charged full price. Reply was i Had to tell them I wanted the two for 7 deal. Ripped for extra 10 bucks.
