Warm and friendly. Addressed me by name as a loyalty member. Clean store. Comfy chairs! In BK!! I love it here. Got breakfast and lunch. The hash browns were not great but otherwise my food was hot and delicious. I got bacon cheeseburgers.

Last night my husband and I had the worse experience! Wish I could leave a 0 star for service
We ordered:
2 Impossible Whoppers
Chicken Fries meal (with onion rings)
Whopper meal (with root beer)
From the start, the lady on the speaker talked so fast and kept cutting us off with “is that all?” before we could even finish. We got to the window, repeated our order, and of course it was all messed up. They didn’t even have root beer.
We fixed it, then when we got our drinks she handed us 3 Cokes when we asked for 2 Dr Peppers . For the Chicken Fries we asked for BBQ sauce, and guess what no BBQ.
On top of that, we were missing a sandwich. They had us pull around and wait. When I went inside to explain the mix-up, some girl (who wasn’t even working) took our entire bag back. After 15 minutes, they finally brought our food out… but it was COLD because it had been sitting in that bag the whole time.
No BBQ. Wrong sides. Wrong drinks. Missing food. Cold food. Honestly the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had.

This is a BK I’ve been to since I was a toddler, and I’ve slowly watch it get fed to the birds ever since. It’s gone from a nice place to catch a cheap bite, to a facade of a halfways decent burger joint where the staff will mistake your order, disrespect you to your face and then play it off like they’re innocent when they’re vehemently, outwardly malicious and disdainful as sin. I won’t be seeing this place again, and neither should any of you.

It seems people only right reviews to say bad things. Let me just set it clear since I frequent this location only. Out of every Burger King around this one is the best. I can say my food is always hot and taste fresh. Never dried up meat, never double dipped tasting fries, and never dry or stale buns. The new decor is nice. Some times the older or teen employees can be a little snippy. We all are aloud a bad day. All I have to say is the wait time is better than most. Also the food is always fresh, Hot and on time. This one is where I go! **Stay away from Manchester rd.

Went to drive thru, no line, ordered 2 large fries, my elderly friend paid with her credit card young kid was not friendly said I’d get receipt at next window. Pulled up and young kid gave us our fries. Asked for receipt, he said something wrong with machine and couldn’t and give me one. Got home looked in bag and was surprised each box was half full and fries were cold. I was embarrassed because I told my elderly friend that BK had the best fries. I will never go there again!

I went thru the drive thru and tried to order a burger, two things of chicken, and a fry. Firstly, the one taking orders seemed to have some sort of attitude and cut me off mid-order, could’ve been done way better. Secondly, no receipt, asked for one they said 2nd window, 2nd window didn’t give one. Thirdly and most importantly, they didn’t give me my fry, after telling them that they missed it, they said i didn’t order it and i’d have to go around again to get it, for THEIR MISTAKE, i have to fix it by taking more time outta my day to go around again. All could’ve been fixed at the window, but they decided they didn’t want my money… Wish granted, i won’t come back.
