THEY KEPT MY MONEY AND MY FOOD. I ordered dinner for 2 with dessert, nearly $30. The burger was incorrect and the sandwich had bad produce on it. On top of that, we were missing the dessert and the dipping sauces. The entire order was returned and accepted by the staff but they said they couldn’t give a refund and to get the refund through the app. Contacted customer service on the app only to be denied a refund from them as well (they offered me a $10 coupon which I didn’t accept because I paid almost $30). I guess they think that making a customer take a $20 loss is ok. SMH.

The food was all old and not good at all. So old and gross we could not finish eating it. Ordered the royal crispy chicken sandwich that was hard, dry and even the color looked off. The bun seemed old and dry. Also ordered the whopper melt and the bun was not toasted. It just tasted like a soggy slice of bread. Onion rings were also old and hard. Same with the churro fries which they also shorted me one. I’m not sure if they’re using old oil to fry their food but the taste and color was off. Total waste of money. It’s always something with this location.

Why do I torture myself and keep giving this place another chance? Ordered nuggets, fries, soda and cookies since I didn’t know how big the nuggets were & how big the medium fries were after so long. Cookies were dry probably old, fries and nuggets were lukewarm at best and missing half. Soda tasted off. FFS Bk do better.

Always a disappointment at this Burger King location in newman , they never give me my order correctly, the fries are always hard and old, and when I ask for extra lettuce and tomato I expect to get it like that especially if I have to pay extra for it. I think from now on I rather drive to the Patterson location!

My nephews were treated very disrespectfully by one of your employees. They were on their bikes, and instead of politely asking them to leave because bikes aren’t allowed, the employee harshly warned them not to touch the windows.
How sad that children who aren’t accompanied by an adult aren’t shown the same respect as other customers. All it would have taken was a courteous explanation about the policy on bikes. This experience was truly disappointing.
