Yesterday I tried Penn’s Sub for the first time and it didn’t disappoint. I was craving for a sandwich and found this restaurant near.
I got fries and 2 subs.
The fries are not bad, they need a lot of improvement.
For the subs I got:
– A veggie sandwich: it was really nice. The bread was fresh same as for the veggies. Next time I would change the sauce I chose for it.
– Classic Italian grilled: I got it without the ham and it was delicious. I really enjoyed it.
I need to highlight: the fresh and soft bread, the generosity of the ingredients and finally the affordable prices.
I am craving it now! I can’t wait to try new subs and I highly recommend try this place.

Dennis, Chelsea & Skyla were so awesome! The customer service alone of this team is enough to make me not want to dine out anywhere else locally. They were helpful, kind & welcoming, I just haven’t seen that level of customer service in a very long time. This PS is the only one I will go to now!!!!

The food is amazing but the cleanliness has taken a serious nose dive over the last 6-8 months. I keep hoping it’s just a fluke but it’s now just routine. The floors are filthy & the tables are never clean. We would always visit this location because it was so clean, not anymore.

We walked in and wasn’t greeted and stood there for a few minutes before anyone said anything. Mind you, there wasn’t a line nor were they busy. Besides that, we were patient and the subs was bomb af. S/n… they forgot my fries so I ate my friend’s until mine came out.

I was there to visit the dispensary next door and decided to have lunch here food was severed fast and hot . I am all about presentation with over 1.5 million views on my profile I don’t take pictures of food unless it looks good and test good. I asked for no salt on my fries and they followed my instructions. I wish my Penn station in Columbus was as good as this location.

At the door at 9:20pm on Wednesday June, 9th 2021 and the doors are locked. Sign on door says open until 10pm. If you don’t want to be in business and serve customers then close the business completely for good! Employees inside just looked at me like they couldn’t care less. I started my 30min lunch break on my pad as I parked my truck now I can’t move my truck for 30mins and I have no food. Not a way to treat customers at all! The open sign was glowing open the whole time.
