This is one of our family go too spot.
Onion rings are on point. This is a must have for an appetizer everytime we come here.
Keywest Chicken is also one of me and the wife favorite here never been disappointed on this dish.
Potatoe soup was good.
The fish fry I was a little disappointed on.
The look and the crisp on the fish looks great.
But unfortunately looks and flavorful was not aligned.
Its flavorless even with the tarter sauce it was flavorless.
This fish is super thin when biting into it yoir basically just eating the batter.
Usually I dont get out of my norm which would be the Steak and ribs but thought I tried something different today.
But they still have a decent menu to choose from, and their pain killer drink there is also pretty good, and sucks cos its limit to 2 per person lol.
So yesterday we stopped in for Lunch and was very disappointing that they are “OUT” of their onion rings?? The heck these are like one of the main staples of the cheddar establishment. It’s only lunch time how is it even possible that you guys are out?
This needs to be addressed with the team along with the management Team.

The food is always good at cheddars. The lemon pepper fish is my favorite. Then the chicken pot pie. Don’t for the carrot cake. The lady who bagged my food needs to be retrained. She stuff my order in one small plastic bag. I had to ask her to re-bag my items bc it was falling over. And she didn’t put any utensils in my bag. The frustration set in because there was another order beside my order in a huge brown bag. Like why didn’t you just use the big bag from the beginning? That’s another reason I hate tipping on pickup orders. Definitely not doing that anymore

We ordered on line this time, & it was horrible my broccoli & cheese casserole was dry & over cooked & the croissants were over done as you can see & that’s what my husband wanted was those. The red beans & rice was good, the cheese bites had no cheese left in them but the ranch dressing was great! The soup I’m saving for tomorrow. Usually everything is great but we always come into the restaurant but I’ve been sick & I have a Immune system disorder so we decided to try the to go order, he loves those croissants, all I hear is how they’re so soft, golden brown & taste so sweet & how much he loves them. So he wanted alot. Well as you can see he didn’t eat them. My advice GO INTO THE RESTAURANT, it’s always been great inside there but ordering online is a BIG MISTAKE!!!

First time here and it didn’t disappoint. My 10 year old daughter and I came here for lunch. The croissants they bring you to start were delicious! We got cheese curds to start, she ordered chicken tenders and I got chicken fried steak with a baked potato and rice and beans. Everything came out quickly and was really good! We’d definitely come back next time we’re in Lansing.

I love the menu options. The country fried chicken was tender. The fish and chips was good . Great value for your money. The service was nice. It took a minute before we were noticed, but then we were seated right away. Our service was friendly, but she didn’t come back to see if we were paying with cash or using the machine at the table. I would still recommend this place.

Great restaurant, love the New Orleans pasta (spicy) and the homemade pot pie. This trip we had shrimp Alfredo, lemon pepper chicken, and chicken nuggets with fries. The chicken nuggets were delicious soft moist chicken in a fantastic light batter. They have a signature croissant that is great. The carrots are sweet, and the green beans are fantastic.

Overall it is a great place. Drinks and dinner not only tasted good but It was presented beautifully. I had the smokehouse burger and fries which were excellent. The only thing I thought was weird is that I couldn’t get a side of onion rings as a substitute for fries even at an added cost but they have them as an appetizer. My date had the steak which was overall cooked exactly how they wanted it although no one would mistake it for a steakhouse type place.
In summary for the price we paid the food and service were very good and it will definitely be a place I’ll go again.

It’s always disappointing when you travel aways to eat at Cheddars celebrating a special occasion and your food and service is not good .
Hubby and I visited Feb 7th around 8p celebrating our 11th wedding anniversary. First we were seated immediately however when we got to the table we were not greeted or acknowledged for about 7 mins. I then was able to grab the manage on duty I asked are we going to be able to be serviced tonight . He apologized and grabbed our waitress who had been working so hard and pleasant with the table next to us . Although she knew we was in her territory for service she never greeted us or said anything until she was asked to from the manager . Offered a appetizer for our inconvenience okay that’s cool
Not asking for anything free we just want great food and service . We received our food my husband ordered the pork chop dinner that is suppose to have the bourbon sauce and my husband expressed that he wanted extra and the waitress reassured us that she could do it because she was going to actually do it . We received our food from
Not our waiter but from her help . We received the pork chop no sauce for the pork chop so we wait and wait for her to come back , she is not around so my husband ended up eating 1 pork chop and just hoping to get the sauce she promised us extra of on at least one of them . We finally got her attention and mentioned the sauce and said oh we don’t even have any . Oh wow ! My ribs were okay sides were not hot just barely warm . Whatever we eat because at this point it’s like whatever . I ask for a piece of carrot cake to go my cake was thrown on the container missing pieces of the cake no drizzle on top or pecans . We told the manager who fixed the problem and re did our cake . Thinking back we did not receive what we wanted and the customer service was omitted due to the waitress trying so hard to please the table that was just next to us ! I love Cheddars food and often the service here yesterday evening was not the day . The waitress kept saying oh I am sorry for this and that we are busy and they have me ruining around like a crazy person we should have never had to deal with what we did because she was over worked as she told
