Ordered orange chicken got brown chicken, got a side of steamed veggies came all juicy with that brown liquid the lady then gives you the bags to go all juices spilling tells me to go for my refund and then text me only refund for the vegetables so guys please check your orders i always spend over 80 dollars but I’ll take my business somewhere else

Came in yesterday. The service wasn’t great. My son wanted noodles and orange chicken, but this place doesn’t allow substitutions, so I had to order two separate meals. The food itself was great, but because of the service and policy, we won’t be coming back.

Come here numerous times no big issues beside sometimes the food spills in the bag today I placed a phone order it was loud lines sounded like it was cutting off over the phone for beef lomein I picked up the food came home to find it with shrimp lomein instead of beef kids have food allergy to seafood I called to see if I can have exchanged but instead the girl that answered had a attitude told me no I cannot I order shrimp have to order another order which is complete crap cause clearly math ain’t mathing will not be returning again

The tall girl with black hair seems to always have an attitude or looks bothered. I mean is your job to take our order and when we got our food it was wrong but we were rang up and nothing she could do about it. She needs better training or leave. Seeing other comments regarding her I’m not the only one.

Had to give this spot a try. We checked the reviews and they encouraged us to try it out today. The service is friendly and quick to take an order. The wait was a lil long but all our food was fresh, so it was worth it. I ordered the kung pao chicken with fried rice. I want to say, the food tasted good. Not the best kung pao but i enjoyed it. What i didnt like is that they put broccoli under the chicken so it looked like i had a big portion till the brocolli came up. Broccoli doesnt go in kung pao chicken. A little upsetting. The fried rice had good flavor too but was on the dry side. Needed a bit of olive oil and it would have been way better. I also ordered the house lo mein. It wasnt the best but it did have good flavor. The sauce was thick and a little dry too. My wife ordered the sweet and sour chicken and she really liked it. I was surprised because he is a really picky eater. We also ordered the shrimp fried rice and my brother in law really liked that too. Last thing I tried was the egg rolls, they were so good. I only wish they were bigger so i could eat more. I cant give them 5 stars for various reasons but a strong 4 stars from me. We will be returning to try more of the selections.

The good parts – clean, neat, not cluttered, super friendly staff, and the sauces for the dishes were spot-on!
The not so good – a long wait for the food, the chicken itself was somewhat dry
The bad – the rice was dry, the egg rolls were nice and crispy outside (deceptive), but the cabbage inside was mushy, and the cheese puffs filling was like a block of cream cheese with a tiny flavoring. I expect cheese/crab puffs to be lighter and flakier.
To note- there are no fountain drinks – only bottled or canned drinks are available.
Summary, if I don’t want to drive further and really want Chinese, I’ll go back and order just the main dish I want, but with extra sauce. I’d skip all the extras.

Shockingly good Orange Chicken and General Tso’s. Great Pepper Steak as well. This place amazes me. It’s just a hole in the wall that puts out excellent American-ized Chinese food owned and run by non Asians ! Everything I’ve here has been excellent.

I’m a mother of 6 kids and me and my husband and kids come there and we eat there a lot. We have been there so much they know us when we walk in. But the young girl that works in the front with black hair and a little blonde to it is very rude to us. I don’t understand why. So now when we come there to eat they would always give each one of us a small bowl of soup no problem but the last 2 times we have been there that same young girl would only give us one small bowl of soup and there where 3 of us there today. We spend a lot of money there because we like the food so much. But we don’t like the way we keep getting treated. Maybe the owner will be able to see this and fix this problem.

Will not be coming back to this place!!! I ordered food and asked for no vegetables or onions and received a plate with a quarter of meat and the rest of it was oions and bell peppers so basically paid 13 dollars for veggies that I can not eat!!!! Asked for a new plate or refund and got denied for it!!! Worst customer service attitude from all ends!!!
