Employees are Always nice. Drive through takes a bit longer than other fast food places but not unreasonably long. The food is always fresh and hot. Unlike McDonald’s when your food comes out to you cold half the time.

This location it the worst if you want to spend a half hour in the drive thru then this is the place to go. I have given it 3 shots and now I’m done. When asked why I spent 27 min in line Joseph said with an attitude we took your order 10 min ago. I took a nice video of them just strolling around laughing and joking at 5:15 pm instead of anticipating people my stop for dinner. One thing I noticed is it looks like it is lacking some adult supervision because it seemed more like a playground than a business.

Service was much faster today. I usually wait 10-20 minutes for food from there one day I waited for 35 minutes for a small order. The cashier kept telling the manager she needed change for her register so she could give me my change back and the manager seemed to completely ignore her so she couldn’t leave the register opened or unattended. There was only one person making food and the manager seemed to be messing around with boxes in the back. Finally the manager came over yelled at the poor cashier that he was busy and she needed to be more patient. Honestly if the place was that backed up the manager should have taken care of the cash register and gotten her the change she needed and hopped on the line to help make food. The whole situation was just very unprofessional and could have been handled in a different manner.

In town for some camping. Stopped for a quick dinner after driving around. Super friendly staff waited patiently while my whole family ordered. The man who rang us out, went over our order to make sure it was correct. He was extremely friendly. We had asked if he would give us a bowl or small cup for our dog so we could give him water. He got one right away and even offered to fill it. The food was great, one of the best Taco Bell’s I’ve been to. If your in town for camping, I would suggest this place.

I’m from NYC, and the local Taco Bell should come here to see how it’s supposed to be done! Service was quick, courteous and accurate. The food was nice and hot, and just as we ordered it. And you can’t beat how clean the place was. A pleasant surprise!

Friendly staff. Quick service. Nothing great about the food but Taco Bell is more of a quantity restaurant than a quality restaurant. Good breakfast deals-and you can’t beat the belly filling deals of the Big Box. Menu always changes too so there’s always something new to try.

Very short staffed. A bit pricey for what you get. Long wait. As you wait for your food, you can see the disgust on the people’s faces. People were leaving. Its not worth waiting for 15 to 20 minutes or more just for fast food. Poor choice, especially since you have plenty of other choices for fast food

Today was my first time there as it is the closest store to me now. Wow.
I love XXL burritos and went here to try them.
Was very surprised with what I saw and tasted.
They were half-size smaller burritos with very unbalanced favors inside. Every ingredient is just by itself without being in combination with others. I usually get at least 5 and this time too. Also they were envelope style flat burritos. Lol
I really did not expect to be surprised this way.
Was it just Monday that affected workers??
I will try these again later but today was a pure disappointment :/ as I was waiting for this place to open for LONG time.
Fresh? Oh YES!
Great tasting? NO need to work on that one a lot I would say.

Waited 20 minutes for my order. Went inside and the drive thru would get their orders before the people inside even though we ordered first. The have two sides where they can make food but only ever use one. The tables were disgusting. My nacho fries had little to no seasoning on them.. the place wasn’t even busy. Hire faster and smarter workers!
