We stopped at lunch and the place was busy but we got our food fast. I had the grilled chicken nuggets they were delicious, the fries were fresh. The staff was very nice and helpful.

“We come to this Chick-fil-A often, and it’s always a great experience. Even when it’s busy, the team moves fast and the food is always fresh. The staff is friendly, the service is consistent, and you really can’t beat the location right across from the Daytona 500. One of the best Chick-fil-A spots in Daytona Beach.”

As with all Chick-fil-A locations, this one is great as well. I recommend the grilled chicken sandwich with honey roasted BBQ sauce AND pepper jack cheese. The pepper jack cheese adds a spicy taste to the sandwich for a 2 thumbs way up flavor. Be sure to check what the seasonal shake flavor is and if it is peach, I suggest you get it before it is too late. The bathroom was clean when we were there. Don’t forget to get waffle fries with Heinz ketchup on the side.

If I could give this Chick-Fil-A a zero star review I would. I was met with a rude attitude through the drive in as I was picking up my mobile order. Then I look in the bag and it’s completely missing my sandwich. Then I was given the wrong drink, I ordered an iced coffee but they gave me a frosted lemonade and put my sticker receipt over someone else’s on the cup. My final straw was when I found hair in the frosted lemonade that was melted down as if it had been sitting there, even though I ordered a coffee

Gave me the wrong order, I got chicken nuggets instead of the grilled nuggets. I looked at my receipt and it’s not even the right receipt. Not to help but the lady was not nice at all and had an attitude with me for not knowing the menu like the back of my hand lol. I don’t remember her name but I know it started with a D. I attached photos of the wrong receipt and the wrong order.

Love the new mobile thru option to order on app and drive thru to pick up- saves time! Food is consistently good! Great for a quick lunch on our way out of town or for my grandson for dinner!

Went through Drive Thru Mobile tonight and I believe the manager was working the drive thru by giving customers their food.

What impressed me is that after he gave me my food and pronounced my name correctly, he waited to see if I needed anything else. Such a sweetie, with a smile.

I have never had such upscale drive thru experience. Thank you for the hospitality! ☺️ Food was delicious and hot!

This chick fil a is wonderful as all are, but I really want to point out Karen. Her service is amazing, she is always working so hard and going out of the way to check on guests. She’s the only worker I’ve had come up to me and check on me aside from when being handed the food initially. Me and my boyfriend tend to come here a lot after work, and Karen is nearly always here doing her very best.

Poor Poor Service. Our local location is being remodeled so we placed a mobile order for this location and obviously paid for it in the app and traveled out of our way only to get treated with absolutely no respect. Ok some may feel that this is petty but when I order food and the sauces that go along with that food I would expect that I would receive them. For the prices that we are being charged now a days this shouldn’t be a problem but apparently it is. So one of the items in my order was the pretzel sandwich with the Dijon Mustard.
One pack isn’t enough for me so I simply added another and no where did the app say no you can’t have that and they were happy to take my money.When we got to the restaurant we looked in the bag only to find one packet so I brought that to the attention of one of the employees and I was told that I could only have one because several people in line ordered the same sandwich and there wouldn’t be any for them. I explained that no where in the app that took my money said anything about only one packet. If it did I would have ordered something else or went somewhere else. I asked for a manger and was told she was the manager and that I was only getting one and that was it but not that nice. We were very surprised at her nasty tone and I should have simply gave her the food back and gotten a refund or just sat there blocking the drive thru but I chose to call the Chick-fil-A customer care line. Well after four calls with absolutely no response I figured I’ll do a review.
Again I know this seems petty but it should be first come first serve if I am allowed to order and pay for my food I should be able to pick it up and not worry about orders placed after me. Again if you don’t have something don’t let me order it. I guess the biggest thing is how we were talked to but theirs always Raising Cane’s across the street let’s see how they treat their customers.

I’ve always had great experiences at Chick-fil-A, which is why this one stood out. I came in and asked for a cup of water so I could take my medicine. Instead of speaking to me directly, I overheard an employee say to another employee, “If she wants water she needs to add it on the mobile app,” in a slick tone.

If I had known that water could be added through the app, I would have gladly done so. What disappointed me was not the policy, but the lack of professionalism. She could have easily told me this to my face and shown me how to do it, rather than talking about me to someone else.

This was very uncharacteristic of the Chick-fil-A customer service I’m used to, and it left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected.
