i’m SO sick of them not filling up the nacho cheese all the way. if i’m paying 1$ for an extra cheese it SHOULD NOT be looking like this. also if i ask for extra hot sauce i shouldn’t be getting ONE packet for 3 tacos. it’s the little things with this resturant. unacceptable.

I don’t generally complain about fast food ever. We did come through in at about 10 min until 12 I’m guessing 12 must be closing time. Ordered two Chalupa big box meals and 2 chipolte chicken loaded grill Wes. They must have had to scrape together some super dry chicken due to a lack of beef??? The enter in the Chalupa‘s. They had to be from 6 pm. There were no tomatoes available and there were no beans. and the burritos are also made with chicken. This was possibly the most pathetic attempt at not doing any extra work close to closing time that I’ve ever witnessed. The shells are pathetic and dry. All of the food was cold. You could tell these people simply do not care and whoever was working as of 20 minutes ago tonight, you should fire them all! Please understand I don’t expect perfection! This was complethe laziness and apathetic attitude I would never suggest firing in haste. These people need to go! Hope to see improvements. I will also be calling.
I will be happy to adjust this review when I’m satisfied with the results. And in case you wonder if I’m just an angry ex employee…. no I’m not. I’ve never left anything even close to negative like this. It’s sad that people barely have any concern for their employers reputations anymore.

The establishment was clean. Staff promptly greeted me at the counter and waited patiently while I decided what to order. The food was prepared and served within a few minutes and was hot. I have no complaints about the food or service received.
What was commendable was the management’s decision to voluntarily cease serving customers upon learning there were potential problems with their water service and their ability to continue following food safety practices such as regular hand washing and cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils. Water quality and safety are also concerns when using water to prepare foods. Management recognized these issues and chose to place consumer safety above potential profit gains.
Even if you disagree with the quality of the food or service at times, one should take comfort in knowing that employees at this particular business take food safety seriously, which in my opinion trumps opinions about the quality of the food. I can live with food that sometimes doesn’t meet my expectations for flavor or palatability, but there should be no compromising when it comes to food safety.
The employees at this establishment handled this situation in an exemplary manner.

Spent $33.50 total only to realize that they not only messed up my meal (quesadilla sauce on the side) but to also charge me $8 for their Cinnabon delights only only receive two. Granted I went there 30-40 minutes before closing but I would’ve rather been told they’re out than only receiving two.

Employees were out numbered by the lunch rush! We stood inside for 20 minutes, and no one took our order. We decided to go through the drive thru. The young kid working the window was incredibly rude!! They messed up our order. I asked them to fix it, and all I got was attitude! I spent $74 on a crappy lunch for 6 people. I do not recommend this Taco Bell!!!

I usually don’t do fast food in Osky due to the horrible customer service but whatever crew that was working at 5:35pm on 3/21/23 all deserve a raise. First of all, customer service was great, they seemed like they actually wanted to be there which for me, is the most important aspect. You could tell they made the food as you ordered it as it was piping hot, which I absolutely LOVE and they actually filled the tacos with a decent amount of filling. Overall, I’ll definitely be back but that team definitely deserves a raise. Great job!

Honestly we were on our way to Wendy’s when I accidentally FaceTimed my cousin. She said oh their Taco Bell is thee best! I thought she was talking about the food. I mean the food was good for fast food. But let me tell you about the customer service. If you are having a bad day… Go to Taco Bell. The guys that were working were absolutely hilarious. They were personable, kind, generous, full of energy and will keep you rolling with laughter! 10/10 would go back just for the workers that work there. If you don’t believe me you need to go find out.
