The wings was delicious. The alfredo was good my shrimp rossini was okay. waitress was attentive and answered questions. The atmosphere was blah, the furniture showed signs of being worn. wasn’t to many people in there, and I had to squeeze into the booth lol. I know I got a big back but dang.

I think maybe this is really just a decent pizza place with too much else on the menu? Dinner items sounded good, but I was hoping this would be a step UP from Olive Garden, 2 mins away, and it was a step DOWN. Maybe two. Entrees were bland and plain. Service was good. The pizzas served to a next door table LOOKED pretty good. My Chicken Picatta lemon sauce was watery. The salad was pre-made and lettuce a bit stale. Caesar dressing came on the side in a plastic cup. Nothing I couldn’t eat, but can’t say I enjoyed anything either. If you go, try the pizza.

We used Bertucci’s Springfield to host a pizza-making class for my son’s birthday party.
The set-up was so adorable – they put out colorful aprons & hats for all the kids, individual pizza boxes & ingredients. It was so organized, quick/timely and most of all – the staff was absolutely amazing!
Mike surprised us with a pizza costume and Elyse was so quick with a thousand requests we threw her way. I will recommend this to everyone I know for bday parties in the future! We had such a great time!

Riley provided exceptional service, demonstrating both professionalism and courtesy throughout our visit. The Classic Margherita pizza was absolutely outstanding. My mom and I come to this Bertucci’s pretty regularly and the service and food has never failed us. But tonight, it was crazy busy and there were a few staff members that were excellent. Yadi was working the front door and he was flexible, professional, calm, and organized which made the process of getting in almost flawless. He definitely had “courage under fire”. Our server Ally recognized us from other times when we came and provided top notch service as always and the bar attendant Wayne made me a non-alcoholic beverage and managed to hand deliver it himself. This is one of my favorite places to eat and these are just a few reasons why. Oh, the the food is always deeelllliiiicccoisssss!!!

I feel like Bertucci’s had lost its charm. The food was pretty good but the restaurant needs some updating and the prices are outrageous. Almost everything on the menu is $26. I saw a lot of people with pizza and that may be there hidden gem but we didn’t order that unfortunately. I don’t know that I would come back for the pasta except their lasagna which I have to say was exceptional.

Food was great. Garlic knots/ bread were warm. The dipping sauce for it was really good.. Ryley our server was super nice, helpful and knowledgeable. She recommended dishes that were really tasty. Drinks had the right amount of alcohol.

I’ve been driving past Bertuccis living in Delco for 5 years, so I finally decided to give it a shot.
The server was very nice, so this post does not reflect her professionalism or kindness at all. I know hospitality is a tough grind with long hours.
My girlfriend ordered the Chicken Parm and I ordered the Lasagna. She might have had a few bites and just left her food on the table. I forced down half of my lasagna because I knew the tab would be at least $60.
I honestly wish I would have just went to Giant and picked up dinner to cook for myself and spent my money wiser.
Hopefully the owner reads this and gives us a gift card so we can come back and try something else but if the owner doesn’t I highly doubt I’ll ever eat there again.
Attached is a picture of the burnt lasagna. I wouldn’t suggest anyone try this. It was definitely over cooked crispy.

We had a wonderful experience at Bertucci’s last night! The young lady seving us Caroline was new, actually being trained by a manager named Sue. Caroline did a incredible job waiting our table, she was very personable, quick and very attentive to our needs. Caroline waited on us as good or actually better than any fully experienced waitress could or would. Sue is doing a great job with training, she was training more than one person while we had dinner and everything seemed to moving and operating very smoothly in the restaurant. We will definitely be back for more incredible food and service!
