Don’t make a mistake or have your order be compensated. Because they will only compensate you $5 or they will remake the order that day. I have had 2 employees tied up for lunch, not working for the last 2 hours because the store don’t wish to refund or replace a bad order, they say they do but I’ve been waiting two hours. I really liked this restaurant as far as the food goes.It’s hard to find a good pizza place.But unfortunately, because of how they just treated me, I will no longer order from lorosas.

Let me preface by saying my family has been loyal patrons for decades. We have continued as such despite declining quality combined with inflated pricing. In the past couple years nearly every order has resulted in at least one item being thrown out because of the terrible quality or being outright inedible. We continued our patronage with hopes or at least wishing things would improve. I would happily pay a higher price if the food was consistently good. However, the quality has become so subpar we have collectively decided it is simply as waste of money to place further orders. I have included an example from our most recent order which was taken immediately upon returning home. It is a calzone with multiple toppings and I’ve included photos of the same from the website.

Great food, prices, menu options and service. Server was quite funny and helped us have a great experience. Spinach rondos were quite good. Pretzel bites super yummy. Everyone enjoyed their food. We always have a good time here, thank you!

When another dinner plan fell through we opted for LaRosas. With the “Buddy Card” we ordered 2 large, hand-tossed(pie-cut) pizzas to go. The Crescent Springs Crew shows competence, kindness and professionalism and for their work this LaRosas is one of our family’s Friday go-to’s for dinner we can all agree on. The pizza was awesome…. As you can see!

Pretty solid pizza. We stopped at the urging of a local. Almost didn’t go in as the OPEN sign was dark and it was night. We saw some movement inside and tried the door anyway and they were open. Mentioned they might want to turn on their sign . . . they didn’t. Mozzarella sticks were par. The pizza was priced reasonably, but the sauce was a little sweeter than expected. Just not my taste. Our server, Brooke I think, was friendly and attentive.

Usually when we come in, there are one or two other tables sat. We order appetizers and entrees, and they bring them out in a reasonable timeframe, but on the slower side. The food is cheesy and bready and garlicky and delicious. I love the calzones with pesto sauce. The kids like all the tvs and the games on the kids’ menus.

Tonight I ordered a large pizza and hoagies and calzones. One of the hoagies was supposed to be a double baked royal with Italian dressing on side. So the first time we picked the food up instead of the double baked royal they gave me a double steak hoagy so after calling and going thro the phone nightmare with them they said they’d remake my sandwhich if I wanted to go pick it up so I accepted that not happily cuz I have to make another trip there only to pick up another screwed up sandwhich we eat at Larosas establishments often and I always get a double baked royal there great when they’re right but the second trip they still didn’t get it correct they gave me a single baked royal a double is pretty thick this was not a double by any means plus there was mushrooms in my Italian dressing does it take a college degree to work at Larosas it cant be that hard to get a hoagy correct make sure u check ur food before leaving they’re very nice and no what to say in every situation but they can’t get the orders correct buttermilk pike definitely don’t stand up to the Larosas name or service at all and after reading the reviews I’m not the only one that feels this way they need to hold the manager responsible for all the errors after all it starts at the top and the management is only as good as the employees they keep and in my opinion that’s not worth much at m the crescent springs location they’re an embarrassment to the Larosa chain.
