While I was happy they delivered to mccleary.
I was kinda shocked when I opened my calzone box. Its probably the saddest calzone ive ever seen. I honestly thought it was raw at first. The dipping sauce was very good but there is a desperate need to do how they do calzones

Went to get pizza with my dad, a Veteran wearing his hat, after winning a coupon for $20.00. We were both excited to try a new place. Dad was excited to treat dinner for the family because of winning his coupon. We spent $20.00 more just to thank and support Cascade Pizza. We arrived at 4:15 on a weekend, no one was there. The place was clean. The pizza okay, not special. What really upset me was the service, deplorable! When the first person walked off we excused it because she said she did not know how to use the coupon at the register. She went to get CJ as he would know how. While at the register after crediting the coupon, CJ selected the highest tip rate on the monitor and turned and left my dad at the counter not knowing what to do. I went up and reselected “no tip” and showed dad to sign his name. No one said a greeting to us. No one said congratulations on winning the coupon. The only two people in the place walked off and left him just standing there without a word to him. It was as if he was a bother rather than a customer. They took dad’s excitement and just treated him like crap. Up sold him a larger pizza, and set the prompt for the highest tip after being so rude to him. You could see on dad’s face how his excitement just completely left him. Cascade Pizza, you really blew this one moment, we would have been forever customers bringing family and friends to your establishment. We were loyal to you just walking in the door because of the winning coupon, dad was just as excited as a kid. Because we were treated so badly, we have no desire to return. What a way to ruin an 80 year old Veteran’s joy! You can do way better!

We discovered this place on our way through, on a Thursday morning at 11:00 a.m. when they first opened. The owner greeted us warmly as soon as we walked in, told us of a special that they had for two people, and brought us refreshments as soon as we sat down. We were not disappointed with our pizza nor with the price! It was made fresh with a hot crust and just the right amount of sausage and pepperoni and lots of cheese. We would definitely come here again for pizza and because the owner was so friendly! Evidently they have live music in the evening which we missed.

Cascades of fun and delicious food! This was a quiet stop on our way back to the city from the beach, and the pizza was incredible. They made pasta specially for the boys and even brought out water for our dog. The prices were low, especially considering how generous the amount of was.

This is a great stop for the family.

Great folks, decent food, awesome customer service.

I didn’t see a list of pizza toppings on their menu. I asked if they had meatball as a pizza topping and they admitted that they didn’t, but they offered to cut up some home made meatballs that they use in their pasta dishes and put them on my pizza. I gladly accepted and wasn’t disappointed!

I ordered a bunch of takeout for my family (3 pizzas, breadsticks, a 2-liter soda and an order of spaghetti) and the staff offered to help carry it all out to my car.

Super nice folks and great service, and we had a ton of leftovers for meals the next day.

Our first time at cascade Pizza $40 per large pizza is one of the most expensive pizzas we have had in the entire country. It looked good but once we got hone the pizza crust wad soggy and the toppings were so lightly there on my pizza that it was not enjoyable and for the price the quality left a very lacking experi3nce that will probably keep me from easily going back. The 18″ pizza is larger than most pizzas it all came down to the breakdown in quality vs toppings vs price for me that just made it to lopsided and unenjoyable to ignore. Asking for extra toppings and being charged for them to still be so light you can’t taste them is just too much in the bad column for me. If your not gonna use very much toppings and want that to be your way then atleast don’t charge such a high price for some kind of a premium product. We have no problem and have paid higher prices for higher quality and more enjoyable food in our travels but this just didn’t come close to price for what you get no matter how nice the employees are and that was my experi3nce and reason for stating that I do not know if I would return.

Great pizza! We came in close to closing, but the lady working said it’d be no problem getting one ready for us. She was very friendly and the pizza was really good. Nice crust that was crispy, but not too thin. And their homemade cheesecake was delicious!

moved here last year. hadn’t tried cascade pizza because was told it wasn’t great. but I bought one of those football cards from a freshman, so we were like, let’s try it out sense the pizza was buy one get one free. it was actually really good. wasn’t my home town sauce I crave, but was good, the crust was yummy. the garlicy crispy was good and I normally hate the crust. lots of cheese and toppings. my daughter who doesn’t like pizza said it was alright too. my kids loved it. we got the cowboy and half cheese and half pepperoni. the inside was nice and roomy, throw some games in there and make it like an old school pizza place. the service though, I WILL go back for. everyone very nice. was offered a water because of how hot it was outside. so end result is they have new customers, we will return.

We stopped at this pizza restaurant as we were passing through and we’re glad we did! When we pulled up the parking lot was empty and we were a little hesitant to go in as it was around lunchtime on a Sunday and where we’re from, that’s not a good sign for a restaurant. The inside atmosphere wasn’t anything spectacular but it was clean. I did have to take my son to the bathroom while there and it was very dark to where I had to use the flashlight on my phone for my son to feel more comfortable going into the stall. It would be nice if they had at least like a motion sensor light in the stall. The menu options were great and they offer fountain drinks or cans/bottles which is nice if you’re on the go. We got my son 2 slices of pepperoni pizza and were shocked at the size of the slices when we opened the box. One slice was about the size of my 6+ ft husband’s adult hand. We also got a whole garlic artichoke chicken pizza. I usually dislike the crust on pizza but this crust was 50000 good. It wasn’t very dough-y or thick, the bottom was crispy but not too crispy and almost looked fried (I’m pretty sure I tasted butter and I’m not at all mad about it). The gentleman working said anything with the white sauce is his favorite to make so I’m pretty sure you’re guaranteed to get something delicious with white sauce on it. My son did say his regular pepperoni pizza was also delicious though. Both employees that we encountered were super nice and friendly and helpful. They also sell dessert like chocolate and cakes! I’m saving this place for our next trip to Washington. Thanks for the unexpected treat on our trip from Texas!
