I wish this location had the same food offerings as the one that was across hwy 7.
I stopped for an XL mocha today. Ordered ahead in the app. The young man at the window came out of the back room with my coffee. I didn’t notice that the cup was a mess before I took a sip. Expecting a piping hot coffee but what I got was nowhere close to even warm. My first sip sent a whole coffee bean into my mouth. Yuck.
I needed the coffee and was in a hurry so I didn’t go back. Called and was told I could get a refund. Ok but I wanted coffee.
I drank more of the coffee and seemed to get to the hot part when I noticed it was getting thick and chocolaty. I opened the lid and saw the bottom 2 inches of the cup was straight chocolate syrup.
Please tell your staff to remake mistakes rather than “wing” it. I would have appreciated an apology and waited for a new drink.

I don’t really go here often but every now and then I’ll find a gift card from 2018 in my drawer and then I can justify spending $7 for 250mg caffeine. However whenever I do go the team working is always speedy and extremely friendly. Whenever I pull out 4 gift cards with $0.30-$4 on them the cashiers always look at me like I’m crazy. I don’t know how much is on them. They’ve been in a drawer for 7 years every time I use one it’s like seeing if I won the lottery or if it’s just an empty one I forgot to throw away. Anyways…staff here is great. Coffee is expensive but everything is expensive it’s 2025. They also need to start getting whole milk. 5 stars.

I came through the drive through on a Monday afternoon and ordered a carmel espresso shaker. The drink was just lovely but the manager on the other hand was not. She was snapping at all the clearly stressed employees. She seems to be more worried about the speed that drinks are gotten out than the well being of her employees and the quality of the drinks. Both girls that were serving me were extremely polite even under this stress though. Please be nicer to your employees!!

New location for this Caribou: it’s in one of the freestanding cabin-style buildings kitty corner from the old location. The service was great as usual but one of my drinks was made incorrectly. Not a big deal and I will go back!

Bad experience at this location! We have been fans of Caribou for years, so was excited for this new location since it’s on one of our usual routes. However, on our visit here, we definitely did NOT get a “happy” coffee! The girl that seemed to in charge, and was also the girl making our 4 drinks was all worked up and slamming stuff around to make our drinks as fast as she possibly could. I don’t like to get drinks that where just thrown together by some unhappy person. Then when something didn’t go right for her with the whip cream, she resorted to swearing to show her frustration. We had our 3 kids in the car, so this was not appreciated. We got our drinks from someone that clearly was not enjoying making drinks that day, and that certainly is not the kind of drinks we wanted to get. Also, the 3 of us that had whip cream on our drinks all got an upset stomach, so we’re guessing it was from the whip cream.

Great new location and awesome coffee as always! Only complaint was the worker who gave me my coffee. She said have a great day and then ignored me despite me not having my food yet. Weird vibes but still solid!

Not the best today. We order coffee to go often and today was very cold where we live and I pulled up, walked out knocked on the window, rang the bell, knocked again, knocked again and then three employees came from the back handed me the wrong order and just looked at me. I mean, come on

There are less and less Caribou’s with indoor seating but this one still remains. Support it by buying items if you are enjoying a conversation with friends or this one may disappear too.
