This is probably the worst location in McDonough. I always have an issue with their food quality at this store. I ordered delivery (delivered by their team not doordash) which already costs more and my carton of fries arrived bent up not to mention the fries were mushy and ripped. They taste old. Why give a customer such terrible food? I will have to avoid this location and stop wasting my money.

Mobil order so limited contact. Scan. Food brought out fast as drive thru was backed up. Lemonade watery. More ice that lemonade. Fries could have been crispier. Deluxe chicken sandwich lacking breading & not that crispy & grossed me out & made me feel nauseous after a couple of “stringy” pieces when bitting. Visiting Chick-fil-et when we met DaOndalyn, an employee of Chick-fil-et and fan of the Disney character, Stitch. We told her that Disney had Stitch popcorn buckets and we had one! So taken by her love for that character we gave her ours! Oh we had a salad, chicken nuggets, and fresh fruit! All tasty and the service quick!

Just stopped in to pick up an online order and received the worst chicken sandwich I have ever had in my life from Chick-fil-A. The chicken breast is almost as thin as the cheese slice that’s on it! Ridiculous!

This is good hybrid between gourmet burger and typical McDonalds burger.
During the busy lunch hour we visited the drive thru was well organized. There were 2 people taking orders ahead of the time and the food was ready by the time we reached the window.

We ordered 2 Cobb salad no tomato’s, we wait about 10 min to get our food . Get home 2 plain salads. We go back up there tell them no tomato’s ,don’t forget the toppings. They were more than happy to help us! But On the chick fa la website it advertises 1 slices egg per salad. We received a half of one egg . Thanks for your customer service!

The fries were cold. My dogs nuggets were cold and nasty I tried one and spit it out. His pup cup the whip cream was all dried out on the cup. My chicken sandwich was nasty the lettuce was bad and of course the food was old and literally live 3 minutes away. I don’t recommend this place at all. I don’t know what happened to Chick-fil-A but last 3 times I’ve gone my food has been disgusting. I’m never eating it again. I had to throw away $16 worth of food in the trash. It wasn’t even busy so they had no excuse the food just been sitting out and were too lazy to make fresh food.
