One of the better Panda Express locations I’ve been to. The staff was nice enough to let us rent out half of the indoor dining area and had all of our catering trays laid out when we arrived. The food was good and in huge portions (the honey walnut shrimp was excellent). The interior was also clean and well decorated.

I usually go to Panda Express just for the Orange Chicken—it’s my all-time favorite. I’ve tried some of their sides at other locations before, but I didn’t really like them. However, today I visited the Woodbridge location and tried the Chow Mein, and I actually liked it! I also tried their new entrée, the Hot Orange Chicken, and I loved it.

Very disappointing experience at this Panda Express. Around this date and time, a male employee was the one who took our order and handled everything. When I asked to sample the chicken before ordering, he immediately said they don’t do free samples. That was fine, so I ordered it anyway, but he kept rushing us even though the restaurant was empty.
After we ordered, we waited almost 20 minutes because the food wasn’t ready, and no one told us anything. There was no communication at all. When I finally asked what was going on with my order, he didn’t even address me—he was on the phone and had a female coworker come over to answer me and fix the issue instead.
I eventually had to change my order because I had other things to do. Overall, the service felt rushed, unprofessional, and poorly communicated. This employee clearly needs more customer service training. I felt his own peers disliked his energy, he was so rude and wasted my time.

Yesterday on 3/23 I ordered Panda Express via Uber Eats. When I picked up my food I thought the bottom felt a little cold but I thought it was just the rice since I ordered white rice with orange chicken. When I opened my food I took a bite of the rice and then ate a piece a chicken and that’s when I knew something was wrong. Once I spit it out the piece was completely RAW. I opened up 4-5 more pieces and it was all raw. I went to the location and when I spoke to the manager on duty I was told that the chicken is suppose to come pre-cooked and that they were really surprised that the chicken was raw. I told her that maybe they should change all the food during that time because they could be getting everyone in here sick and they totally disregarded what I said and said that it was fine but proceeded to say that they wouldn’t offer me the food because they don’t know if anything else is like that. (Not I would have taken a new plate from here anyway) This has NEVER happened to me and it was a total turn off and I would never eat here again. Panda needs to do better and do classes for their staff because they obviously did not check to see if the chicken was cooked before serving it to people.

This is my favorite Panda Express location. I frequent this place often and the food is always good, the rice is yummy, the place is clean and the staff is friendly. I do recommend this location and I highly recommend the walnut shrimp, it is so so good and also the cream cheese ragoons!
Edit (06/29/24): I just added some more pictures. You see our plates?? Overflowing! This place is awesome with their portion sizes. I can’t rave enough about this place. It’s honestly the best Panda Express I’ve tried in New Jersey! Oh and Marvin was really nice to us! He was really amicable and welcoming. Great customer service. As a local, I recommend this place.

Lord, have mercy whatever you do DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!! I ordered chicken and broccoli string beans with whatever meat that was cause I just wanted the string beans. They literally gave me two week old string beans. They were hard to chew Old and whatever the chicken was. It was mushy so freaking disgusting. I bought a bigger meal and a regular. My friend. Told me when he got home. The shrimp was dried out. Overcooked the rice was dry and hard. I Love, love, love, panda wok This one right here yeah they need to close it down and start over because who gives people food like this. The broccoli was old like it’s old and they’re just reheating it. Ps I put it in Katrina on plates because the cardboard box that they use it’s just not. I hate them. a total waste of $23. I seen some of the reviews and some of the pictures unfortunately, my food did not look like that. Their food look amazing like I’m used to getting think that they gave me is disrespectful.

I eat at Panda Express 3-4 times a week. This is my first time at this location and the first time I’ve ever been to this location. I ordered my food and drove home. I was on the phone and didn’t pay attention to my order being made. I got home and opened the package to find less than half the food portions I usually receive at dozens of other locations. Today’s food adventure was going to @officialpandaexpress located in Woodbridge, New Jersey. We ordered the Family meal which was $5 OFF by mobile order using the discount code THANKSMOM. This meal comes with 2 sides and 3 entrées for only $30. We ordered the chow mein and fried rice as our sides. For our 3 entrées, we chose to order their signature orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, and the spicy Kung pao chicken. For the sides, we ordered the rice was good but the chow mein was a little chewy to my liking. For the entrées, the orange chicken is a must when coming to Panda Express. The walnut shrimp is good as well but the Kung pao chicken was a little bit too spicy for my liking. This place is a must and an 8.5 out of 10 for me. Don’t forget to add all the sauce options included with your meal.
