Excellent! Came tonight for taco Tuesday- half off all tacos! Some of the best tacos I’ve ever had! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the filet was over cooked and a bit dry- would have loved it medium rare. Other than that- amazing! The lobster, carnitas, grilled shrimp, tamarindo, quesabirria all excellent! Great sauces too and free chips and salsa! Excellent service. If I come back to SD I’ll definitely come back for taco Tuesday!

We had an amazing experience at Puesto! We ordered the Cali Bowl and the filet mignon was absolute perfection—honestly one of my favorite meals from our weekend visiting San Diego. Their Passionfruit Mule was also so refreshing and delicious!
We came with our 3- and 4-year-old, and our server was incredibly attentive. They brought out chips and salsa right away and even took our little one’s order while we were still looking over the menu, which made everything so much easier. Fantastic food, great drinks, and truly thoughtful service. Highly recommend! ️✨

Visted again while on weekday getaway to San Diego. Started with Esquite for starter (1 order for 2 ppl) and I nearly licked the bowl. Instead of tacos, we tried the short rib enchiladas and Cali Bowl. The bowl was tasty and light. The short rib enchiladas weren’t as tender as expected and the sauce was slightly spicy and tasted mole-inspired. The Pistachio Tres-Leches dessert was the highlight of the meal. Seriously delicious. The churro sundae was as expected but the other dessert much better. Next time, we’ll switch out the entrees. Phenomenal friendly and personal service during a busy holiday week.

Food is good, plus they have a very good celiac-safe menu. I reccomend getting the tacos and the mango dessert. Service is nice and attentive, staff is friendly and they left a good impression. I would go back. Prices are a bit on the higher side but I would say it is worth it in the end.

Incredible tacos, blue corn tortillas and superior ingredients. Great margaritas. Little overpriced at $10-12 per single taco but great for occasional dinner. Pistachio tres leches was so rich and delicious. Mexican corn was so flavorful!! Angie was the best server, so sweet and kind!!

Decided to come here for Valentines Day and we’re so glad we did! All the food we got was absolutely delicious, the food came very quickly, and our server was fantastic! 100% recommend the chicken flautas appetizer. I got the Wagyu and Hero taco which were also both delicious.

We chose Puesto for a get together given they have a pup friendly patio , was walkable from our hotel and took reservations. Service was great, delicious watermelon margaritas and the food was tasty. I found pricing to be a bit high for what you were getting/portion (specifically the bowls) Also, we were never offered water for pups which is fine but compared to other pup friendly restaurants felt like a miss (we are spoiled?)

It was extremely amazing! The two of us shared the corn appetizer, 5 tacos, and the tres leches. All of the crispy cheese tacos were incredible! Angie was truly the best, super receptive, always available when we needed something, very quick, and responsive to our questions.
Also the fact that they had so many heaters available on a chilly night was nice!

Loooove this place. Food is absolutely delicious. Tacos, fire grilled corn, brinks, tres leches, everything I tried was really good. Perfect guacamole was actually perfect
Inside the restaurant is clean and nice. Outside seating with heater are also available. Again, nice arrangement. Good for small scale corporate events as well. Parking lot is there.
