We hosted a birthday party at this Burger King on Saturday, February 7th, and I just have to leave a review because the staff truly went above and beyond. It was an absolute madhouse — there were multiple birthday parties (including ours), the lobby was completely packed, tables were full, people were standing, kids were running around, and the drive-thru was nonstop. Despite how unbelievably chaotic and overwhelming it was, every single staff member remained kind, personable, and incredibly dedicated to their jobs.
The manager was constantly moving between the front counter and the kitchen, making sure her team was supported and that guests were being taken care of. I also noticed a gentleman in the lobby who never stopped working — he was emptying trash, cleaning tables, wiping windows, and doing everything he could to keep the space manageable during the rush.
At one point there was a small tense moment between a customer and an employee, but honestly, given the level of chaos and pressure the staff was under, they handled it with professionalism and composure. It was clear they were doing their absolute best in a very high-stress situation.
I especially want to recognize Marissa, who was incredibly helpful and kind. She kept checking on guests, stayed positive, and did an amazing job managing the busy environment and heightened moods from some customers. Her patience and friendliness did not go unnoticed.
As a parent hosting a kids’ party in that level of chaos, I was genuinely impressed. The experience could have easily gone poorly, but the staff’s teamwork, kindness, and work ethic made all the difference. They deserve real recognition for how hard they worked that afternoon.

I don’t understand what’s wrong with this restaurant if it’s just a matter of too many new hires all the time dysfunctional management all the time what’s going on this is now my third review on this place I’m at a point to where I’m finally going to say this any customer brave enough to dark on their doorstep is an absolute hero in my book. Not only does this restaurant constantly get orders wrong their customer service is way below subpar. Why is it that I pull up to a drive-thru I’m told to hang on for a moment which I do for at least 4 minutes and I’m left in the Drive-Thru for 8 minutes no answer no what can we get you today sir sorry about the Wait nothing wow mind you the other speaker is taking orders what is wrong with this restaurant I really want to know. I will never order doordash from here and I will never ever eat here again.

You order online 25 minutes ahead of time and select the time you will arrive so they have 25 minute heads up. Then when you get there they make you pull forward and wait 25 minutes even though there are no other customers. I tried calling to tell them I had to leave and cancel order but they didn’t pick up. I had somewhere important to be. They owe me money for my time and expenses in gas waiting. This is not okay. It shouldn’t be that long, even without a 25 minute heads up. Especially with 0 other customers. They hate customers here, they will do anything to get you to never come back, the kids working here don’t like working, expect to be treated very disrespectfully.

Overall a good place. Staff was very friendly when I visited. Got a Whoper and a medium French fries. They even have an indoor
Play zone for the kids.

Way too long waiting in the drive thru. Because of the split drive thru, two people who came in after us got served before us. If you can’t alternate between orders properly, do away with the split completely. You don’t take orders fast enough to justify it.

It was a pretty late visit, between 9pm-10pm, the lobby was open but I had some hungry missionaries to feed. We were greeted with a smile and lots of hot food a clean place to eat it.

My son’s went in to make their orders & they didn’t get it correct; so my son’s had them fix both of their orders & the person wasn’t very nice about it. The men’s restroom was Disgusting my 1 son had to use & let’s just say it needs CLEANING & Mopping ASAP. He mentioned it to the same staff & they were Rude. I decided to go through the drive through as I’m Wheelchair bound & a spot wasn’t available & it was way to cold to park in the overflow (back by the dumpster). I usually don’t have to check my food but I requested No Onions or pickles & No cheese (that’s extra) I get home & no pickles but both Jr Woppers loaded with onions & No Lettuce!
