This was our first visit and we enjoyed it. We really liked the salsa and both of our dishes were very good. Plenty of food! Server was very nice. Eaten here many time great food. But tonight we were seated, chips, salsa & drinks placed quickly then no one. After 17 min. I finally went in search of waitstaff to take our order. The two ladies were on their phones texting & a young man asked uf he could help. He took our irder but unfortunately he had to give it to one of the texting gals. She was not happy to have to enter the order. We will come back but tonight the waitress did not value her customers. Very dusappointed.

We’ve been here several times and it’s always been good. Tonight, however, the waitress was more interested in her phone than us. We had to go look for her to order. She was not friendly. Sad to see this happen to a good restaurant.

Went for lunch. They were busy but we got seated right away. We got the fried jalapeños and they were really good. I had the steak and chorizo fajitas and my husband had the Chili Colorado. Everything was so good. The service was really good too. Would highly recommend and we will be back.

Kinda disappointed. We got there today around 1:40. Only 3 people eating. Our waitress brought the wrong drinks. Then we waited for 10 minutes for our cheese dip. Finally after seeing her on her cell phone I asked where was cheese dip and she said she forgot. When we got it had huge clumps in it and wasn’t even hot. I told her we were leaving and she begged us not to leave. The food was ok but service was awful. This was my second time and first time wasn’t much better. My experience here hasn’t been good at all

I wish I could get 6 tortillas wraps without asking for them when I order steak and shrimp fajitas as 3 is not enough. The food was very good waitress seemed like she didn’t want to talk to me anymore then she had too makes for a slightly awkward meal.

We love Ruby’s! They’ve always taken care of us, the employees are all very friendly and want you to have the best experience they can offer, the food is delicious (highly recommend the arroz con pollo), and the restaurant is always clean.

Service was not that great. Food is sub-par. Margarita was not good, tasted like the cheapest mix they could find. Beans we’re not good. The girl that gives you the salsa had to refill my daughter’s water. Her entree was supposed to come with tortillas and waitress never came around for us to ask for them until my daughter gave up and started eating regardless. I’ll keep my business at Fiesta tuscumbia.
