I got takeout on a Friday night three sandwiches fries and a dessert. All three sandwiches came out wrong. I called up the night of and explained to them. “Deborah me to call back next she asked me take pictures and bring it back but not to bring the food back in tonight because it was late and it was closing and she did not want to wait for me and she said never mind. Don’t need food. Don’t need pictures. Don’t need anything. Just call back tomorrow. She would take notes of it, I spoke to Anthony manager, invited me back to remake the whole dinner when I arrive there, asking me for pictures which I did have, when I arrived, they took my order, said they were going to replace the entire meal, including the sides and the shape as the whole entire meal was disrupted, as I waved at the table. They brought one chicken sandwich for a table of four people and said they are not going to replace the meal because corporate said they need to talk about it for up to three days, so one of us ate three other of us, watched her family member a sandwich, guilty, and uncomfortable and embarrassed, still waiting for 45 minutes to speak to the so-called corporate it’s open on a Saturday at 7 PM. The manager is just making milkshakes and ignoring me.

Typical success and failure story. Lack of management and QA is obvious in this location. Untrained team members!! No soap in the bathrooms, Soda machine is out of coke!!! And hand sanitizers do not work! Despite opening 30 minutes late, they were no where near ready. Burger patty was slightly overcooked and the bun was a day old. This location is probably one of the poorly operated locations I have ever visited.
Sad to see a good product being miss managed by lazy corporate culture.

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The burger was absolutely perfect—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The truffle fries were crispy and packed with rich, aromatic flavor, making them the perfect side. To top it all off, the milkshake was simply divine—creamy, thick, and the perfect balance of sweetness. The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was excellent. I will definitely be coming back for more! Highly recommended!
