Went in for a tuna footlong the guys at the counter were super nice but they had the small scoop in with the tuna and I had to pay extra to get more tuna that didn’t even add up to a regular serving of tuna because the ‘keyholder’ who claimed she was the manager, but definitely wasn’t Laura or Sherry, insisted that we were wrong. All the while complaining loudly that the store was struggling and that I couldn’t have the amount of veggies I wanted either. My sub closed all the way, didn’t look like it even had anything in it and that’s after paying for extra meat! Definitely didn’t get what I paid for. And no one in the store even knew about the gluten free bread. Though I expected that, Laura and Sherry are the only ones who make it and no one else is allowed or even knows about it. I just can’t believe how rude and disrespectful that keyholder was, I don’t come to places of business to get yelled at and bitched at by the ‘person in charge’. The poor men working with her were super nice though and they deserve to work with nicer people.

Clean restaurant semi except the lil guy laying on his back under table. food look fresh today otherwise only problem i had is that i wish they required a hair net not just the caps for cleaness also wondering why u have to ask the front to unlock the bathrooms to use one? Mobile order. Go to drive through. Tell them name. Told to pull around. Wait 20 min for no one to even open the window to say hi or what not. Pull around and go in. Wave me over to give me in a couple min later. Ask what the deal was and no one opened the window and what not got. “Well we have to make it” lol this generation.

This location is the worst Subway in all of locations I’ve visited. The man in the photo was very rude to two ladies in front of me, and then proceeded to get upset at me for asking the wait time on my order. This guy has no business greeting customers!

Hope you don’t like your sandwich a certain way. They do not put any extra things that you request, might be better to order in person. They skimped on veggies (especially lettuce & spinach) & toasting, do not waste your money, go to the Eastman Subway instead.

1st- burnt bread
2nd- absolutely had no care in the world with how it looked, sloppy and thrown together
3rd- didn’t even have what I asked for on it. The lady even read it back to me.
I ordered two things. A wrap and a sandwich. The sandwich yes I would assume would be a little messy bc it was a meat ball sub but the meatballs and marinara isn’t even wants messy, it’s like they put everything on the outside of the sandwich wrapped it up and gave it to me.
I have worked at subway and if we burned bread we did not sell it. We also didn’t just throw everything together forget half of what was supposed to be on it and call it day. Poorly done subway. That was very disappointing.
